Conveniently located, reasonably priced, very friendly, helpful and respectful staff, free parking, breakfast included. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Air condition worked very well, easy to adjust temperature.
Bathroom needs upgrade, especially bathtub, bathtub wall, and noisy exhaust fan.

Desk Staff very friendly. Loved the daily ice cold lemon water avalibility
Hot Breakfast selection could have been better. No bananas available at all. No yogurt available for 2 days asked for clean towels twice never got them found a pair of sandals by window behind drapes not ours was room cleaned/vacumed big crack on window above air condtioner. air conditioner rattled loud when it kicked on

Location was very good for us. Beds were very comfortable staff was very friendly
Hair dryer did not work. Had to wait 2 days to get one. Phone not work so couldn't call front desk about the hair dryer. No linens in room for sofa bed. Had to call front desk on my cell phone to get some at 10pm when we went to bed. Dud not empty trash or tidy room the whole stay. Breakfast was good first day awful the next barely adequate the 3rd day. Noone in the breakfast room. Invariably Noone at the front desk she was in the back somewhere and there was no bell to get their attebtion

Beds were comfortable and queen suite spacious. Breakfast was good. Roach in bathroom, no towels our last night.

Proximity to airport, airport transfer, breakfast, room size.
Cable TV didn’t work, and shower water took a long time to heat up.

Close by the relatives we were visiting. Most of the staff was very nice. Room was clean.
Tv didn’t work even after we reported it they never did anything about it. Phone didn’t work-reported it. Refrigerator needed defrosted very badly-almost no room to put a bottle of water for the ball of ice inside.

Location and comfortable room.
The room needed some work. Cracked sink in bathroom. Carpets were wrinkled. Bath towels were very small and we only got 2. Side entrance was not operational using my key card.

The size of the room and bathroom were great. We had a handicap accessible room and liked the provided shower chair over a pull down bench. The location is perfect.
Facility as a whole is showing some wear and tear but overall a good value.

the bed was comfortable ,the room was spacious.
the TV never worked, nor did the cable. the hall way smelt like a truckers restroom. the room had a smell of mold.
