Residence Inn by Marriott Virginia Beach Town Center

Everything was clean for the most part. There were some minor things like a single hair on wash cloth and cracks in bathroom but besides that the room was nice well put together. The bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Pool warm.

Wish it had a small restaurant/bar and a hot tub but nothing I didn’t like

Very clean. Loved having breakfast every morning. Gym equipment was updated and nice to be able to workout at any hour!

I wish coffee there was a coffee bar located in the lobby that offered coffee 24/7. Restaurant on site with a small full size bar offering would be nice

The staff at this branch are polite and professional. They made our stay pleasant.

The beds not horrible but not the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Also, the desk chair was not suited for doing much work as it was not adjustable and rather uncomfortable.

Very well maintained, and has the resigned Residents Inn look. including a bar/counter area with bar stools.

I loved everything about the whole experiences. From the moment I checked in , I was greeted with a smile until the time I checked out. Thanks for and awesome stay!

The hotel staff was courteous, professional and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean and warm when we walked in on a 27-degree afternoon. The breakfast was also exceptional. This was our second stay at this location.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

A king size bed was not available and we had 2 beds . But that wasn't the site's fault, it was all that was available.

The temp/thermostats/heating did not work properly. The newly installed thermostat/heater kicked out cold air. I was moved to a new room. Unfortunately the same thing happened in our second room but they did not alert the front desk.

Clean , the staff were very respectful and pleasant - from the front desk to the breakfast area and housekeepers :)

The bed and pillows .. not super comfortable but okay enough

The staff was nice and very helpful. The hotel is pet friendly, and the parking lot was connected with other parking from other businesses around, which made it easier to walk the dog. Note that this was a weekend, so may be busier during the week. They had doggie bags for you around the area. The indoor pool was nice for some relaxation. Overall, it was a well maintained and comfortable place.

There could be more lighting around the kitchen sink.

We found a spaghetti box and other random pieces of trash behind the headboards of both beds.
