Dirty, dingy, toilet doesnt flush, dirty bathroom. No hair dryer

I liked how the room service was always there when you asked. Also it was very quiet at night. Not a far distance from the beach and you were always greeted

No nothing it was amazing

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant.

Killed a large cockroach in the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom had a terrible leak that kept us awake all night.

The proximity to the beach. Could check in earlier than 3.

Upon arrival could NOT get a NON-smoking room (although requested). Room smelled awful, bathroom was very rudimentary w/no shampoo. The kitchenette did NOT have any even plasticware nor any other kind of utensils/pans/plates, NOTHING. Priced way too high!

The decor is severely outdated and unkempt.

You get what you pay for & with that in mind it was a great place to stay!

My stay here was a very bad experience. The room was not clean, and the entire place smelled strongly of cigarettes. Even the bed had a cigarette odor, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The overall cleanliness was poor. I cannot recommend this hotel unless they take serious steps to improve room hygiene and air quality i had two little kids they have to check it twice before giving it to me.

Location was wonderful. Staff was great. Room had weird smell and beds were very uncomfortable.

Really need an up date. Rooms are very dated.

Wonderful pool. Good parking. Good location close to beach but not amidst noise or chaos. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

If you need “posh”, you may not like it, but if you need a comfortable quiet place to shower and crash, it is a good and very affordable place. I stayed an extra night and would choose to go back there if I stayed at VA Beach again.

Lady at check in was very nice

bathroom had a lot of stains and nothing looked clean, door hinge was broken and cut my dads arm open. went down to front desk for a bandaid and was told “I dont think we have a first aid kit here” and then they didn’t even give us extra rags to help clean up the blood so we probably just added to their stain collection…

The room are dirty the restroom toilet not working. I booked three rooms. None of them not working filthy nasty. I’ll never go back the aerial dangerous. People are smoking weed on the stairs all day all night. It smell horrible. I will not recommend anybody.

Location is great. Easily walk to the beach and restaurants.

The room is so old and run down that I will not stay here again.

The staff was pleasant at first

WE found bed bugs in the room. They said we would have to go through booking.com to get a refund after I showed them the video, They are now refusing the refund and said the cleaning lady didn't find any bed bugs, which is not true. Im sure they rented the room to someone the next day. Very dirty

Absolutely nothing

I walked in and the room smelled like cigarettes and had cigarettes holes in the sheets and on the floor. I immediately due to how disgusting it was checked the sheets and bathroom. The sheets had literal blood and human pubes (see photos) I felt dirty just standing in the room. The desk receptionist seemed like she was on crack. I’m not even exaggerating this was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I informed them and showed the cleaning lady the room. I was told no refunds despite the below pictures. I get no refund if the room was clean but this was just disgusting. I left the key in the room and left immediately. I had to sleep in my car which is unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The smell of smoke was strong, with a musty odor.
