If you like coming back to your room to find workmen smoking working in your room this is the place!

Did not like coming back to my room to find the door wide open. Questioned this i was told the workmen were painting my room

Location- one block from oceanfront, backs up to lake (sunsets)

The only thing was the location was great Microwave Refrigerator Working tv

It was a few steps above a KOA CAMP OUT When I got to the room the room it smelled bad of cleaning solution the bathroom and part of the the rooms floor was pooled with water they never gave me another room even tho the sign said vacant for my 4 day

The view from the back patio was absolutely stunning.

Within the first five minutes of arriving at we saw three roaches, two in the bathroom and one in the closet area. The bar for hanging clothes was actually being held up by a wire hanger. And there was a sandspur in the towel, which scratched my face.

Walking distance from beach

Every cabinet in kitchen was empty no dishes absolutely nothing but sink microwave and refrigerator no coffee pot no remotes for tv. No blankets for pull out couch Only a top sheet is all the man in office provided sould have told us to bring our own

Everything is was filthy and the staff didn¿t care when we showed them pictures at least we got a refund that place is not fit to house anyone

It was close by. Poor parking area. Had a hard time to get in the lot cause a car was blocking so had to wait outside.

Dirty sheets. Bathroom was filthy.

there was nothing that I liked it was dirty smelled like wet dogs & there was no carpet furniture was ragged and dirty beds were not fit to sleep in staff was unfriendly, nothing looked like advertised not even the lake. I took pictures to post if needed.

the furniture was torn and stained no legs on sofa the beds were not stable it was a non smoking room that smelled like stale cigarettes the chair at the table was stained the ironing board cover was filthy grounds and building run down high drug area

The “motel” had drug addicts living there, honking horns & fighting all night. My car was involved in a hit and run & they did NOTHING to assist me just argued with me. They have a very bad bug problem. I found food in my fridge and my room wasn’t c

The staff was rude and the property manager was unprofessional. I observed a man walk a 300 pound pig up the steps and into his room. The ice machine has trash at the bottom. The sheets were stained the gates/ rails are wobbly with slates missing.

The manager said; Hit and run in the parking lot was perfectly okay. I did not feel safe there at all. I ended up leaving an hour after checking in. The toilet seat was falling off the toilet. The sheets on the pull out were not clean.

Close to beach

No night stands, nowhere to charge your phone very inconvenient they charge part of your hotel bill without notification and you find out when you arrive. This makes it hard to trust. Very dissatisfied. Will not rent from this hotel again.

Super understanding and accommodating staff. Very short distance from the boardwalk.

I do feel like the cleaning could have been a little more thorough, but for the price and location, I really can't complain much.

Absolutely nothing, only thing that was great was the proximity from the boardwalk.

The room service and the upkeep/environment surrounding this hotel is complete garbage. In total my sister and I killed about 5 roaches in our room, plus we found a baby roach in the bed sheets (that housekeeping never changed).

This hotel was disgusting the bathroom toilet seats was dirty it was Bill bottles from the old client was there at the hotel I'm it was bugs and mosquitoes all around the sliding glass door the room wasn't clean at all it smell like mildew in the room I g

Location

Hotel had different name. A/C wasn't on upon arrival, so everything in the room smaller HORRIBLE and was moist unit had cockroaches and bugs running everywhere (not an exxagerat On). Office smelled like curry = not good. Worst hotel stay I have ever had.

THE HOTEL WAS DIRTY, NASTY, THE BACK DOORS DIDNT LOCK, BLOOD STAINS ON WALLS, CARPETS WERE NASTY, NOTHING WAS CLEAN. THE TOWELS WERE FILTHY. THE SHOWER WAS DISGUSTING. NOTHNG WAS LIKE IT WAS ON THE PICTURE WE WERE SHOWN. SO DISSAPOINTED IN THAT HOTEL

Ok cheap motel for sleeping not bad view on holly lake close to everything

Not really. Exactly as expected. Great location, lots of room. Nice deck out back. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Decent Location

Hotel was very run down. My room specifically had a night stand with one leg broken off, an arm chair that only had three legs and the phone had the line cut, literally cut so it was only there for looks.Four lamps only two worked.
