Buffet was nice! Hotel was clean! View was amazing!

Stain the carpet- Staff was not as professional a I would have liked and renovations were under way and the noise was terrible!

They “nickled and dimed” us for everything. They charged $19 a day for parking. $20 for breakfast. $5-8 for coffee. We are used to getting free parking, and breakfast when we’ve stayed on the VA Beach oceanfront.

Tub stopped up during shower told housekeeper, Netflix didn?t work due to internet connection problems. Called and was advised it would be fixed the next day and wasn?t

The bathroom and tub were old and falling apart. Seemed clean but couldn't tell with old stains and fixtures literally falling off the wall.

Everything was great but the shower needs to be updated like the rest of the hotel. I was hesitant about getting in the shower. But I had slippers and the water was really hot which helped a little.

I did not like that I was charged for a 5 person room but there is only enough sleeping space for 4. The pull out couch has a huge blood stain on the mattress and no sheets or blanket. The phone didn't work. Room was NOT ready until 5:30pm (1.5hrs late)

The water pressure was low when we first got to the room, water was Luke warm. The next morning could not take shower do to a busted pipe. I was notified by staff that I would be refunded/ never received a call or my refund

Balcony furniture was very dirty. Good thing I bought my Clorox wipes

The Starbucks manager was handling EVERYTHING by himself because on one of the days all of the staff called out except for the cook. He maintained a smile on his face the entire time in the stressful mornings. The location of the hotel was excellent.

The pool was not cleaned daily. It was gross.

A/c unit needed to be replaced. You could see there wear and tear on the bottom of it.

Laundry stayed in bins for over a day outside where check in was located a basket of laundry on a hall for 2 days when it said they would come by to pick it up never saw much cleaning staff

Poor maintenance of sliding door & a/c unit. Shower curtain stained. No robes.

It was centrally located and had a great breakfast. We were a couple blocks from a fun music festival located directly on the beach at 30th street and popular 31st street pavillion.

Very clean and staff went above and beyond.

They first tried to place me in a room with 1 bed and pull-out when I booked 2 queen beds. The staff quickly corrected and we¿re very kind.
