Breakfast was a nice variety. Very clean.

Water was too hot during showers and when using the sink multiple times during our stay. Could not get cold water to run at times. No sheets for the trundle bed to start and every time the room was cleaned we had to request again. Parking fee of $18/day.

Well, everything was fine until I took a shower and the drain was clogged up. Tried calling the front desk from the room phone. However, the phone wasn't working. So, I walked down to the front desk and explained the situation. Maintenance never came.

The location on the boardwalk with the ocean view was amazing.

The only problem was with the elevator. They have 3 but 2 stopped working. We were on the 10th floor and sometimes it was a 30 + min wait to get an elevator down that wasn’t already full.

Best things about this hotel is the location, friendly & courteous staff & the well stocked & tasty breakfast buffet. The fact of having (2) pools is awesome and a hot tub! Also, We could see Dolphins in the ocean from off our balcony! Very COOL!

The pool inside had hair floating around in it and the water was very foggy that you couldn't see the bottom. Gave me the impression it wasn't very clean water. Elevators, while they were fast, they were missing the handles and had stains on the floors.

Lovely hotel, and decor. The breakfast was nicely set up and made well. The breakfast team and servers were very helpful. We overall really enjoyed our stay, quite, we were able to sleep in.

The carpet in our hotel room was dirty, closet door stuck #602.

Location and cleanliness, it was a nice hotel. Indoor pool was great, outdoor pool needs attention.

Worst part of the hotel and the only thing I didn't like where the balcony doors. They keeped getting stuck at one point my mother-in-law got stuck outside and only my husband could open the door. Hotel's must be sure that all doors are working properly.

location was great. check-in was quick. Check- out was easy. Pool was great in the winter season. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was convenient. Rooms comfortable and large. View of the ocean was great.

Had an odd problem with hot water for our showers. Called front desk and maintaince was there within 5 minutes to fix the problem.

Bed was comfy, nice staff, adequate breakfast, no bad smells. You can tell it has been renovated which is a good thing!

Only one elevator working so long delays, parking elevator takes you to lobby where you must then get on a different elevator to your floor, lukewarm shower and only cold water at the sink that I have not encountered to this extent in a hotel before.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean (recent remodel). Comfy bed. Multiple options at breakfast, including sausage and eggs. Employees kept items filled and eating area clean. Ample parking in attached parking garage.

Sofa bed was not comfortable for sitting. Very deep seat with only one narrow pillow for your back. Housekeeping comes every other day, which is no problem. For some reason though, they never left coffee pods, which had been depleted.

Had trouble getting toilet paper. We ended up using tissues because we ran out.

Newly remodeled rooms and lobby. Outdoor pool area.

Had to ask for room cleaning service as they were leaving the floor because we were not on the "list", though the front desk said that our room would certainly be on the list as requested.

It was ocean front.

Recycle the same breakfast food everyday. Just reheat what was left out for 4 hours the day before. Overpowering smell of perfume to try to make the place smell clean. Dirty windows to look out on ocean view. Water leak on bathe tub. Pool closed. Ect¿¿

Excellent hotel in a great location with an amazing staff.

The pool bar and restaurant could be staffed with real bartenders, it¿s annoying to see bartenders reading the standard menu on how to make the standard drinks listed on the menu.

The view was so beautiful! Staff very nice., clean, breakfast was great!

The hot tub was not hot, the pool water was warmer ¿¿ I was so looking forward to the hot tub.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of eating places. Spotless and well maintained. Good hot breakfast. Outstanding view of boardwalk and beach.

Location was nice, room was spacious but dated.

The power went out for >12 hours (at least 9pm-10am)- not the hotel's fault, as there was a severe storm, but there was no communication about this, nor compensation offered. I heard some floors had power, but we were not offered the chance to move.

closeness to the beach, nice breakfasts with no hassle, coffee and tea open all the time, and swimming pools.

Very tight and cramped for the maximum people which is 6, but it is nice they allow 6, but it is bit small area. The kitchenette is nice but there is no stove only a microwave, sink and mini fridge. outdoor vent too loud to hear waves at night.

The beachfront room was nice.

Room was dirty! Toilet didn¿t work and the shower curtain was full of mildew. The vent for the AC unit was filthy! It was not was. We expected at all. We paid over $--- per night and couldn¿t wait to leave!

The hotel was clean and smelled really nice. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was a nice variety at breakfast and the menu changed a little each day. Staff was friendly.

Rooms could use some updating and touch ups. Elevator wait on checkout day seemed long. Would have been nice to be able to charge our vehicle during the stay.
