Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The room was perfect.

The front desk staff was unfriendly. There was a big line at checkin with 2 people working the desk and one was on the phone. The breakfast buffet was disappointing for the price and for a Sheraton hotel.

The pull out couch mattress was horrible. I was there with my daughter and her friend and gave them the beds so they could have privacy. Trying to sleep on that couch was torture

Oceanfront, near everything, and basically clean, with a nice pool. Live music on weekends, and decent bar.

The housekeeping is not doing a good job. They often wouldn't replace things or tidy up everywhere. Very hard to deal with.

The proximity to the beach

The swimming pool had some nasty kids playing rough and very annoying

The balcony room on the north side of the hotel, where we could still see the water was great and avoided the extreme winds.

Paying $25 to park in the parking garage as we are guest of the hotel feels to us like that should be included or reduced?

1 of Elevator didn't work all week, bar was never open, restaurant were terrible

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm! But at least they gave us vouchers for free breakfast, which was very good, and free parking. Location on the beach was perfect.

Only 2 elevators in hotel; no staff elevator! One of the elevators was broken during the entire stay: getting up and down was a nightmare. Poor staff having to also deal with the single crowded elevator. The water in the swimming pool was not clean.

Ocean view and good in the restaurant.

When checking in we had to pay $250 and not $150 for incidentals. We had just called the day before and it changed overnight! Then the parking deck was only suppose to be $25 and the card wouldn’t work so we end up paying $45 in order to exit out.

The location was Great!!!

The staff seemed if there was no one to provide direction. Low or missing items like Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner, etc. No one to clean the room during the day. Very hard to get items like towels, and other amenities. They need leadership at this hotel

The oceanfront view and the food was amazing.

Yes, the bathroom was very small. I felt cramped up each time I visited the bathroom.

Service from check in to check out was excellent, there was a new associate on the front desk and her trainer did a great job of walking her through the process and they both treated me very nicely.

Personally, I thought that the pillows were to firm.

Beautiful location, great view of the ocean, and a very comfortable balcony

The water was cold. I called for a plumber and he said that I had to run the water for 10 minutes before I could get hot water.

The staff were really sweet,kind, and understanding. They made our vacation better.

The location was great. The parking garage across street was great convenience.

My room was dirty. My door needs to be closed really hard to close. Ice machine across from room was broken. The elevator was really sketchy.. cigarette burns all over balcony furniture..

Sliding door to balcony was hard to open. Maybe get w-d40. A roach was crawling on the wall. Someone waste a drinki in the fridge and it leaked under fridge. Housekeeping needs to move fridge to check under it.

The room was big and it was at a great location

Paper thin walls, so I could hear the entire conversation of our neighbors. mold in one of the rooms and floor was wet when we arrived.

Did not like that the room and hallway smelled like marijuana, room had sand all over carpet, sheets were dirty, overpriced,front desk were not friendly, and there was no late check out of 30 minutes available

The elevator broke, our room was not serviced even when we asked for towels. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash was not filled.

The Restuarant was quiet & the food was Great!

The pool was not open. Staff was cleaning the pool, not sure if it is open only in Summer. Outside Bar was also closed.
