That it doesn't charge for one pet and the outside is clean

The most recent stay the fan didn't work in the bathroom , AC unit has a smell when turned on and it's giving me a headache and it stinks

The manager and the house keeper. Super rude. Housekeeper cussed at us and then told the manager it was our fault and she took his word over ours.

The TV didn’t work. Was told by the staff that someone would come out to fix it. Couldn’t get an exact time. There was mold in the bathroom. Room smelled horrible. People around the hotel looked sketchy. Literally left and went to a different hotel

Pool

The room smelled of cigarettes, and the hallways were dirty and smelled bad.

Room was completely filthy. Stains all on the bed sheets, mattress covers and pillow cases. The floors were so dirty we had to create a walking path to manage. On top of all that we had to change our own sheets and return the dirty ones

The tv remote didn't work even after they gave me a second one. I couldn't change the channel.

Cleanliness is not their model because the sheets were not cleaned and the bathroom wasn't up to date. I left before 12 midnight because I felt uncomfortable using the bathroom.

The pool

That we had 4 people in the room. We had 2 towels, one hand towel, and 1 wash cloth. Asked for 3 more wash clothes, 2 towels. Was told they didn't have any that night. Went to FD next morning was told to come back at 10 well let's just say never got them

The staff's professionalism, customer service, and hospitality, the location, upkept lawn are all outstanding; coming from someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, fine dining, and the wellness industry my entire adult life

Yes, my first impressions were that I liked that I saw plenty of dogs and there was a cat in the window for one room. It made me happy that there was a safe place for people to get a room at an affordable rate as well that accommodates our pets.

Dog poop everywhere. The irony, a housekeeper came to my door ask if I had the 2 big dogs, saying i had to leave at checkout time bc video proved my dog poop was left but no video, no GM, & more lies, told hubby computer said we stayed 28 day limit not 17

they put us next to the laundry room VERY NOISY

It was cheap, switched out to twice to not smell cigarettes or weed.

You have 1 section for cigarette smokers, another for pot, when you first walk in the room; whichever section you walk into smells like that when you first walk in. Even when turning on the heater, you'll smell it. Sheets were not clean, bugs, hair.

I had a bamboo pillow stolen, the rest of the staff, manager included, was rude and very NOT helpful.

When I stayed there on 9/17/24 I let the staff know who was working the front desk I let him know about the room I was staying in didn?t have a refrigerator and the A/C wasn?t working and he acted non-chalant about fixing the problem
