Overall stay was decent, however the room was considered a time-share although this was not in the booking details, and therefore I never had maid service for trash, towels, etc and this was a 4 night stay. I had to do these services for myself.

Central location. Can walk everywhere. Pool and hot tub are great.

The location and view was aboslutely perfect! My daughter and I highly enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It was quiet and relaxing.

The floors were not very clean. I had to walk in the room with my shoes on and I always take my shoes off when entering a home or hotel.

Location, proximity to the beach (beachfront), the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were lovely.

Floors need a good cleaning. Jetted bathtub didn’t work. Balcony needs a quick scrub.

The heated indoor pool was the best I have ever been in, it actually felt heated! That and the jacuzzi/ hot tub and sauna were TOP NOTCH! The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond by wishing me a Happy Birthday on their marquee. My grandchildren got a kick out of that and it made me feel famous for the entire weekend! The gourmet coffee bar in the lobby is amazing!

Oceanfront Location was good. Kitchenette was decent.

Outdated. Floors were dirty. Bed was supposed to be queen but was a double. Bathroom extremely small. Walls paper thin and we could hear everything said in the next room. Two false emergency alarms one morning, one at 2:30am, one at 4:15 am without as much as apology for getting no sleep

The elevator was broken during one of the days and we had to go up stairs to the 12 floor.

The toilet was broken we asked to fix it twice, but they didn’t, the towel system is not good, also the balcony was leaking water the whole day as it was rainy

Wanted a quiet vacation. No one said there was a soccer tournament going on that weekend. Could have scheduled a different weekend. Nothing you could control but it would have been nice to have known before booking the trip.

Location was fantastic, many nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We loved the bar in the hotel, convenient to have a couple drinks without having to drive anywhere after. Being on the wayer was fantastic, especially off season when it isn't as busy.

The beach was exactly as expecting, although the hotel was not what we were expecting. It was not as clean as we would have liked, and we paid extra for the room although they are all essentially the same. Otherwise, it was fine and had a wonderful view.

The location was great being right on the Ocean. The bed seem to be just a full size and not a queen as stated. It was amazing to see the sun come up in the morning with nothing blocking the view.

The cleanliness of the room could have been much better and the bed was to small and uncomfortable, some times it was better to sleep on the sofa so there was more room to move around.

There were bugs in our room and their staff was very rude when I asked to switch rooms. We ended up leaving the property although after the staff accused me for damages! There wasn’t any damage done! We had at move the nightstand to get to an outlet bc the other one didn’t work! The room had a terrible odor to it and as I was cleaning the room before we left, I swept up at least 2 cups of sand. Which means they definitely didn’t vacuum between guest
