My room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. I caught the staff on my floor asked her to clean. She still didn’t clean it.

I complained to front desk when I was checking out. He apologized and promised he would not charge the parking. But I still got $135 parking charge.

Staff were all great, friendly, helpful and good was good

Parking was off site and inconvenient, bed was very uncomfortable and blankets were thin and useless,pool was too small and ackward and almost dangerous to walk around

Off-site parking was inconvenient as we had to have valet get our vehicle numerous times

There was no hot water during our stay at the hotel . We could not take a shower.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The morning set up of free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and then flavored ice waters the rest of the day is fantastic.

The water would shut off multiple times during showers, brushing teeth etc. pressure was really low. Requested vacuuming of floor and while we ended up with daily maid service, the floors were still covered with sand in our room.

The Kuerig didn't work, the conditioner in the shower was empty, the safe didn't work and I didn't realize parking was not included in the room rate.

The hotel is very clean, staff extremely attentive and helpful, and the restaurant is very affordable

The thermostat was not as easy to use as I would hope but it was still just fine. I really don't have any complaints

It was a wonderful stay. Our room was upgraded to the king suite after I told the gentleman at the desk that we were there to celebrate our anniversary. He offered to send up a bottle of wine as well. It could not have been better!

Location right of the beach is amazing, and staff are always friendly.

Noisy under counter refrigerator in the room. It has a hum that is difficult to block out, even with ear plugs. Noisy heating unit - is very noisy when it comes on.

The ocean view. We slept with the sliding door open. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of crashing wave is the best.

Location was nice. Staff was nice and polite

Room was not swept and seemed somewhat dirty. Pool was a little dirty. Parking was inconvenient to load and unload belongings

Since the weather was so bad our whole trip we stayed at the bar quite a bit. There were sister bar tenders that were awesome but the last day another young woman was there and she was quite rude to an older gentleman. That disappointed us.

The flooring, the views, the bedding, the in-room coffee was the best hotel coffee we¿ve ever had

housekeeping was not regular, you have to put in requests and they will come next day, in a hotel for beach vacations you kind a need more towels and change of bedsheets.

Yes the balcony door didn¿t lock , and the air conditioner made a really loud noise That gave me a headaches.

Good location (Oceanfront between 33rd and 34th streets), clean hotel and room, friendly staff, parking garage in block across the street, maintenance request resolved within a couple of minutes.

Only 2 elevators for the hotel.
