The location and beach access was fine

The room was not as clean as exapected. An earring was found on floor. It appeared the carpet needed more vaccum

Housekeeping never cleaned our room. Elevator was only 1working. Restaurant was rude

AC unit too noisy especially when it restarts when you’re sleeping.

I absolutely loved the staff! And my ocean view room was great.

I left the hotel and the staff. The parking was perfect. There were a few tiny things in the room but nothing some paint and nail couldn't fix!

Ocean view guaranteed. Parking easy in and out.

Room felt overall nice when walking in. Quiet ocean facing. All changed when the heating system started making these sudden bangs and loud heating pumping noise. Every 10-15 min. Good luck trying to sleep. Earplugs all night, disappointing. Upgrade!

Perfect location for dinner at IL Guardinos and the Christmas lights on the boardwalk were up. We enjoyed Jumpin Shrimp restaurant also.

The parking was horrendous a couple of times on the top floor.

What I liked about the hotel was the beachfront location and the hotel smell when you enter into the lobby. The staff was also very helpful and friendly and I provided them with high marks because of it.

As soon as we walked into the hotel, there was what appeared to be a cockroach or some kind of roach on the wall as we passed to go to our room. This unfortunately put me on edge for the rest of my stay and then also saw another on the lobby steps.

The Jumping Shrimp restaurant in the lobby had great menu selections, and wonderful waitstaff. The indoor heated pool was appreciated very much!

Some of the night shift front desk workers appeared rude and didn?t speak to ask if we needed anything. One woman wouldn?t even acknowledge me.

Great location, clean, nice sized room with an oceanfront balcony.

Great views, loved the on site restaurant. Bed was comfortable, close walking distance to many activities

We were worried about parking because the height limit says 6?2?. But we were able to park our f150 fine. Parking spots were tight. The pool area was underwhelming

Our ocean view was fantastic! We even saw dolphins from our balcony on Friday morning!

The TV was out for a couple of days so we didn't get to watch the NFL on Sunday, and the tub was not clean

Pretty much everything about this hotel was great! The view from our balcony was beautiful. Parking was a breeze. Happy hour was from 8am to 6pm. The food was great. Room was great.

The only thing that was only a slight bother was listening to the door slam from the parking garage. We were on the third floor which is one of the floors with access from the parking garage and our room was not far from the entrance.

My flight arrived very early and the staff made sure I could get in my room as soon as it was cleaned. They made my room a priority to get cleaned. They went above and beyond and that makes me so happy because I was so tired. Thanks!

The smell of this hotel is AMAZING!

The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Also, there is only one parking spot per room which isn't the best!

My room furniture - dark furniture chairs and headboard are out dated and the tv screen could be bigger.

Location! Beachfront, walking distance to shops, restaurants. Staff extremely friendly.
