Location, room layout and size of the room were great. The staff was very friendly. Having a refrigerator in the room was great. They supplied extra blankets and plenty towels which was nice.

Gnats in the room. The beds are very firm. If you like soft mattress, you will not be satisfied.

It was not what the reviews stated, nor like the photographs. I called to alert the staff of our arrival time at check in and made sure we would get the room I booked as it was listed and we DID not. No effort was made to make it right.

Very clean and roomy. The kitchenette had everything you needed to cook and had a regular size refrigerator. I wish they could?ve provided salt and pepper, only because we forgot it when we did our shopping. There was nothing to not like about the hotel.

The couch was a bit uncomfortable. Usually that¿s not something you pay attention to but being it is November and the weather was not really ideal, we spent a decent amount of time indoors when not doing the Jeep events. A coffee table would be nice.

Balcony very narrow. Bed was not comfortable it was metal based box springs and you could definitely tell.

All of the staff that we met were exceptional! Ria went above and beyond to help when we encountered some storm damage to our vehicle. Actually all of the staff here went out of their way to make sure we still enjoyed our vacation despite situation.

One reason for booking here was the continental breakfast but due to construction their breakfast was not available. However, a quick trip to Harris teeter solved the problem and was easy to prepare with what the room provided!

The front desk staff were great. We were front and center of the Christmas parade and close to our favorite nightspot. Excellent experience!

They should leave the thermostat on auto instead of always on, it got up to 80 degrees before I realized what was going on.

Hotel- better signage and needs some outside sprucing up, furniture appointment updating, TV service very limited and no TV channel listings that I found. The Internet at that time was sporadic.Better lighting in garage. Bathtub- very slow drainage.

Location was great!! Staff were excellent. The location was ideal. The room was surprisingly very nice. The size was perfect for 2 people. Things were clean. Only complaint was the slow elevator.

The location of this hotel and the balcony views are great! The overall experience was good.

The hotel common areas could be better kept due to the amount of in/out traffic. The pool area is too small to enjoy. The room was clean and nice size for a family, but could use some updating.

My room wasn¿t very clean and when I moved a coffee cup in the kitchen part a little baggy of either meth or cocaine fell out and it was brought to the office¿s attention but nothing was done about it.

The sofa bed is old and DIRTY the room was cold as well they wouldn¿t have housekeeping to clean you had to clean your own room and get your own linen, plus for the long stay they won¿t give you xtra blankets to keep warm they complain about giving xtra.

Staff was not helpful. Rooms were extremely dirty. Dishes in the kitchenette were filthy and disgusting. Pillows and sheets were dirty

Not clean....No housekeeping and wasn't informed of it for a few days. For the price of room we were really disappointed.

Location (steps to beach), availability and amenities (fridge, silverware,stove). Pleasant front desk staff. Oceanview from balcony. Block was lively with music, street performers, etc. Overall, last minute booking for place to sleep. Free parking onsite.

Dirty linens/bedding. Dusty room. Very late check-in time. Tub had old dirt ring stains. Only 1 old elevator that took long to come up. Outdated room. Convo heard through vents. Be prepared with own linens. Not my 1st choice but maybe 3rd. Cheap option.

The walls were thin. Noise from street and business was bad. Guest conversation traveled through vent in bathroom. People conversing on street side balcony hallway came right through bedroom wall.
