Its dirty, rundown and alot of suspicious people

Watching tv.

Rooms smell molded and beds wasn't made good. Had to ask for clean bedding.housekeepers are lazy.and slow on coming to rooms.

Everything that I read about this hotel was LIES! run down dump no continental breakfast cold coffee in a thermos, no workout facility very dirty. The first night I arrived, I did not feel safe the room was on the first floor with the smokers

this place should not be part of any motel chain, many things broken. sketchy people always hanging around outside,all night crap game next room over one evening. location is misrepresented as the "town center" is 2-3 miles away--THIS IS MISLEADING

Not a thing never going back there again I ask if I would speak to the manager they tell me that he's hardly here

Yes I ask for none smoking room. We had to sleep in our face mask ¿¿. My husband had to have surgery on the 5 of November. Last minute so we just made the of it. I thank God that I had all our bed Lining with me.

Had to argue for extra towels. Bathroom door wouldn't even close from someone kicking it in. Would never stay here again.

We checked in at 5 pm and there is no tea/coffee in the room. The itinerary email said breakfast included, however, the hotel staff said they stopped serving breakfast.

Nothing. The staff was rude, the hotel room was dirty and the hotel itself is obviously being used as rental units. Loud arguments and fights could be heard throughout the evening and night in the parking lot.

See above. Too much to list again here. I would not stay here again if the room was free.

The woman at the front desk was very nice, the room was clean and the flooring was really nice.

The bathroom is very small and the fan was incredibly loud.

The room service lady who help me with the room changing doing Construction go in on while I was there

I wish they would have told me that construction was going on

I booked a room for 2 days. After the first night I discovered the room had bed bugs when I spotted one crawling on the sheets. Management seemed completely unfazed by the news and offered no apologies or reimbursement.

Hotel manager and owner were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Substitute maid, was very efficient, pleasant and professional.

Water pressure.could have been greater. Mixing hot and cold water for showering wasn't't easy.

Very rude front desk people

The staff was so friendly and professional.

The location of the Hotel in the middle of everything, very convenient.

It looks NOTHING like what is on the internet.
