Management is great- they have all services at top level. I?ve stayed at this property several times.

They now charge for parking. Maybe offer a discount rate for Hilton honors/senior discount.

The breakfast staff was so racist and made remarks to many breakfast goers I witnessed and was so disrespectful and would degrade them and talk in racist remarks

Excellent location, easy parking.

Wifi not working, elevators not working, slow draining shower, empty bottles of shampoo/conditioner, breakfast items were bad (even for a continental breakfast - chafing did not have working heat sources).

Hotel was in a great area. Staff was very accomodating & friendly. Free breakfast, wifi & on-site parking were included. The pizza served in the restaurant was excellent compared to other establishments along Atlantic Ave.

Unfortunately I didn't like that you have to request 24hrs before to clean your room . And only one toilet paper ¿¿ for 4 people.

Was pet friendly. Room good size well stocked and clean.

Pillows have got to be replaced . Short has got to be checked out as leaks around the door frame and cause water on floor that is a safety issue.

They receptionist  made me feel welcome. The hotel was very clean. A little rust was on the wall in the shower but I guess they will fix it during the renovation process. Breakfast was enjoyable!

The front desk agents did not speak. The only person that actually acknowledged I was a guest there was Kayla. Not good for a first impression. Kayla was awesome, Pleasant, helpful and courteous. Great ¿¿ customer service. Stay Gold! ¿¿

My room was at ground level so I could step out onto the lawn and walk my dog.

I was in room 101, which was right that next to the breakfast area and bar. It was a little noisier than I like. I¿d prefer a room further down the hall

Everything was very clean. The staff was very nice and very friendly. The breakfast was so good and the staff was helpful and nice. It was actually better than I expected. We will definitely return.

I only wish there was coffee available after 10 am.

I chose this hotel, although pricier than others, because of its cleanliness rating. I was not disappointed.

Make sure you understand that you need to request room services 24 hours in advance. I didn't know this so I didn't get room service. I just thought room service was automatic unless you opt out.

The parking lot and generous parking allotment (thanks for the extra pass!). The view. Breakfast. Beachfront location. Brian at the front desk is a superstar. Lobby is nicely appointed. Room was massively spacious. Furniture inside the rooms was comfy.

There is nothing really bad I can say about my stay or the hotel in general but the wall outlets could've been more easily accessible. Bathroom fan could've been more powerful IIRC.

The pool was not open 24 hours as indicated. The pool was also closed in the evening because of throw up by another guest at the hotel. Dirty refrigerator in room.

Breakfast should have labels or name tags of the food items Ie the ham and veg omelette - you can¿t tell it has ham in it right away

The staff was great!

We called and requested that our rooms be away from the elevators. And requested, that we have 2 connecting rooms. Upon arrival....we were placed near the elevators and weren't placed in the connecting room, that we were told was available.

The hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great. Location was great.

The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy.

The manager or supervisor was not helpful checking me in. I told him I was a Hilton Honors gold member, he didn't seem too care.

Hot breakfast and clean bedding! Could smell the bleach, which I love lol!! Always iffy about sleeping inside the covers at hotels, so that smell eased my mind honestly.
