It was close to jeb

There first room they gave me was a smoking room, so I had to switch. The second room had blood on the fridge and bathroom wall, the kitchen floor was dirty my feet were black and the sheets had stains on them. And the power went out on the 2nd night

Taco Bell was beside the hotel.

A huge roach walking up the wall. Plus the toilet wouldn't flush so we had to use the trash can to flush. Water pressure was horrible as well. There was no breakfast either

Excellent pool very clean

The receptionist on duty Thursday July 10th had no common sense or customer curtesy...we extended our stay by one day and she told us we had to get out of our room by 11am and an early registration fee of $50 would apply if we registered before 3pm

Nothing at all . My complaints weren't heard due to those people complaining first when noise was on and off daily and nightly

The staff was very rude as well as the manager and her tone.b

All the staff was kind, respectuful, & welcoming.

The roaches

It was quiet and affordable

The hit breakfast could have included more hit food. The only hot item was waffles. We would have liked some more options.

The rooms seemed more recently renovated. Location wasn't bad. Beds were comfy.

The rooms were not clean. The outside of the hotel looked a bit rough. The breakfast was not very good and waffle maker was pouring out liquid instead of batter.

Toilet did not work at all, bathroom was dirty, mold on hanging picture above beds

Staff were helpful and friendly

The original room we were given needed some repairs made to tv and phones. The staff worked on it right away and then decided to give us a different room. When we arrived at the hotel they charged us additional 3rd party fees for a paid room

Location

Staff, the housekeep guy came and knock at the door at 09:00 asking for the room later he came back and knock at the door again at 10:30 asking for the room. We felt harassed by this guy, he was there at 10:55 waiting by the door, horrible experience.

It was a place to sleep for the night before I noticed a ton of roaches coming out from behind the TV

Pretty much everything from the second I got there and the front desk lady gave attitude for being 5 minutes early to check-in to chicken being left in the fridge to roaches coming out from the TV

It was in a very good location. Very near a lot of sites and things to do with dining and shopping options close by.

One of the biggest reasons we picked this place was for a pool to hang out at. It was closed or being treated but no pool. The breakfast did not even have toast or bagels. The breakfast selection was EXTREMELY LIMITED.

Short drive to the beach

My room did not lock from the inside, except for the hook lock. Uncomfortable, small beds

It didn¿t have bed bugs.

It smelled, had mold, and was overall not clean or comfortable. I also was not warned that I would be getting a smoking room.

Front Desk staff, room quality and Breakfast

AC sounded weird sometime.

Location, close to freeway, airport

No hangers, unclean linen, no cleaning of bathrooms daily. No effort in updating rooms inside. Shower knob and sink leaking

Convenient to where we needed to go.

The room did not Snell clean. It might be a good idea to use Febreeze on sift surfaces.

Convenient location, waffle maker

TV in room did not work. (My husband was upset, not me)

Breakfast & nothing else is good.

Room & the hallway is not clean. Totally it¿s very dirty & not advisable to families.
