Needs upgrades. 1 elevator that is slow and small. Ceiling in room bathroom was dilapidated. Tub floor was slick

The ladies at the front desk were over and beyond helpful and kind and friendly! Made us feel like we were very welcome.

Only 1 ice machine on second floor. Had no handicap bathrooms.

The mattress on the bed was excellent, firm and appeared brand new.

Hair dryer in room did not work, drain on hot tub broken and would not raise, had to be completely pulled out, bathroom light switch faulty, had to wiggle to get fan and light to stay on. Room is very small, much smaller than appeared in photos.

This hotel would be have 5s at best if it weren?t for the staff. Front desk staff and management made our stay one of the best ever. Will definitely return.

The rooms are a little dated but they are still comfortable.

The hotel is on the beach, as many other beach front hotels. However, this hotel shares a public access to the beach, which makes the beach in from of the hotel much more crowded, than other hotels. We had to walk to another hotel. The restaurant is nice.

This is a 1 star motel and not a 3 stars hotel! Bathrooms are terrible, rooms are rundown, no coffee in the lobby. There is no outside shower to wash off sand for the hotel, so guests have to stay in line and use public facilities. Others have them.

The staff where very helpful and friendly helped us with everything we needed and we arrived early and they did everything to have room ready earlier then they where expecting

Location on Virginia Beach boardwalk and the balcony overlooking the ocean is wonderful! Staff is very attentive and very helpful! This was my second stay there and it was great

The hotel is dated and needs a refresh. That's easy to overlook because of the view. I don't have a problem with a bathroom being dated BUT mold is inexcusable. Bleach is cheap, use it around the bathtub and on the floor.

I only asked a question about the 2nd car parking location. I'm not sure Why hotel employee had to get so angry. I was taught if you don't know.something don't be afraid to ask. It's an excellent way to learn. She ws VERY rude. I would stay again avoid angry hotel employee

Super easy to get to. The one young lady that helped us was super nice and bubbly which made our day!! She was always very polite and helpful and always greeted us.

It is very dated. Most things in the room needed replaced and upgraded. Be careful in shower if you have back/hip issues, they removed the slip stickers because of mold I was told and almost broke my back. But they did bring up shower mat.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I also liked how close to the beachfront you are - very easy & quick access to the beach.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Ants around sink. I have never slept in a more uncomfortable bed, they were horrible. They deactivated our keys at 10am when check out is at 11am - had to go tell the front desk.

I mean what can I say the staff was amazing very nice and friendly and helpful from desk workers to room cleaners to the maintenance men just a present friendly staff , food outside the hotel which isn't owned by the hotel was amazing , room was great

Extremely old and the rooms are worn out. Rust in bathtub. Just overall very old and grungy feeling. For the $$ we paid I could have picked a MUCH nicer hotel.

The hotel has a bit of a tired look from the outside, but the rooms are super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the carpeting was brand new in the room. It faced the water and the staff were awesome!

The price was very fair for the location, and the Restraunt had a great breakfast the next morning.

The hotel is very dated and the room wasn't that clean, the filters in the a/c unit were so clogged and dirty that it was barely blowing air

Bathroom was a little small but it was clean.

The location was excellent. We could easily get to the beach, boardwalk and Atlantic Avenue attractions and activities.

The common areas, especially the sitting room that is connected to the lobby area, could use significant updating. That said, the hotel rooms were updated well.

We liked that it was very clean. Great location.friendly staff.

The pool closed at nine pm. We would've liked it to be open longer.
