Elevator needs replace. Waiting time is so long.

Location on the water.

Housekeeping. Front desk.

We enjoyed the view and the double space balcony. The couch was uncomfortable and we couldn¿t hook up our stuff in the bedroom because the tv was connected on the wall. And people were alil loud even from doors downs and above.

When we got their the elevator was down for 30-45 mins and people had to walk up the steps and some can¿t walk up the steps for long. The kitchen sick wasn¿t cleaned out , it could¿ve used a good sweep and every outlet behind the couch was coming off.

The balcony, and amenities inside of the hotel like the pool and the sauna.

No. Everything was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Pool heater on the fritz, but that's what can happen!

The staff was excellent. The bed was cozy. Location excellent.

Crusty kitchen appliances, dirty refrigerator, dirty bar stool chairs, dirty air unit. Upgrades/dates are needed.

Convenient location

We were disappointed at the beginning because we were told after we checked-in that the pool area was closed. They did advise that they were in the process of fixing, but we should have been made aware ahead of time because we were really looking forward to it especially my son, because we knew a lot of places were going to be closed for the holiday. Hopefully next time we visit though it will be up and running!!! Overall though we loved the hotel and location!!

Indoor pool was out of order and did nor get the room thst I was supposed to

Comfort, quiet, no issues

Wasn’t our first visit, never had a bad experience.

The room was great! Spacious, comfortable, quiet and right on the boardwalk.

The parking on the 2nd and 3rd floors was extremely tight and a little difficult to maneuver.

The room,view,location,staff,and cleanliness

Parking spaces were too small,and they need another elevator. This was the only issue that I had.

Location. Hotel used to be very nice but is very dated now. Needs significant upgrades.

Electric cord for wall lamp was missing plug end. Kitchen sink had a leaky faucet. Wall paper was pealing off the walls. Laundry room had three washers and two were broken and soap vending machine was broken.

The room was clean and the view was excellent.

Only had one elevator and it was really slow

loved the layout. loved that I could open the sliding door onto a good sized balcony in both the living room and dining room

the microwave was too small for the big plates. thats the ONLY thing that wasn't perfect.

All the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean we had plenty of towels. Although we didn't cook in the room there was enough supplies to accommodate us.

Couch was not the most comfortable but it was a pull out couch which is why
