Pros +

The penthouse we stayed in was very nice. I liked the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom.

Cons -

The elevators went down twice, the first time for a day and a half. We were on the 4th floor so my friend lost 2 days of vacation because she could not climb four flights of stairs. There seem to be no urgency in getting the matter corrected either.
