Pros +
- Other than a couple staff, NOT MUCH!
- Location was excellent with regards to beach and restaurant access. Bed didn't hurt my back.
- Location was great. Restaurant that is in the same building is tremendous.
Cons -
- 1. Staff was more interested in their phones, than their guest. 2. Not clean. I had to clean myself 3.TV"s not wrkng and staff just brushed it off as weather. 4.Couch was very worn out/hard and not even sitable. For the price, could use upgrading.
- The parking area is very tight, a large SUV or truck will have trouble. The halls are dirty. The room had the sofa bed pulled out which meant I had to put it away. Weird kitchen drawer layout.
- We didn’t have wash cloths. We killed several bugs in the room, I’m not positive they weren’t roaches. Furniture in the outside sitting area was broken. Our room smelled horrible.

I loved the kitchen
Yes the elevator kept breaking down, so there’s only 2 elevators, so the wait for one was long. We had a false fire alarm some one pulled it.. And lwe had to call the front desk for king sheets at 10 at night, and clean pillowcases
I like the locations if staying in a Ocean View room
I had to call for Hand Soap, Body Wash, and Dish detergent. It was received the next day however I feel this stuff should be checked before the customer checks in
The location and indoor pool
Room was gross. The boarders haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. Towels were left from previous customers. The pool section had areas that was falling apart. To pay almost $--- for one night wasn't worth it.
Mostly clean
The surprise $50 amenities charge!!!
