You had to take the stairs to get to the lobby no elevators to carry your belongings from the parking lot to the hotel

Location, free parking garage on site, front desk staff in the evening - so friendly and helpful

Breakfast was basically out of food with 30 min left 2 out of the 3 mornings

Had a bad stay...ac didn't work and microwave didn't have a turntable...it took hours for the room to cool down...

Very clean, good breakfast.

Seems like the shower door in the room was replaced some time in the past and they used the wrong door, roughly only one foot space to get into shower. I did tell the desk when we left, I hope they fixed it.

I liked the location of the Hotel.

We were promised a King Size Bef with a Sofa and we got 2 double beds, very disappointed that we did not get what we asked for and was promised.

The desk clerk in the morning at 6 was terrible It was 6:15 in the morning and I asked if coffee was fresh. He said no I asked would he please make a pot...he said NO,,he¿ll make again at 6:30 not before.... he was just arrogant

How clean and fresh it always looked and smell. Especially the lobby.

Someone burned popcorn in one of the rooms and put the trash in the corridor.

I enjoyed the location and the room was nice, the staff was good until I was told I couldn’t get any extra towels when that wasn’t the case...

We had and 3 day 2 night stay and the I asked the housekeeper to come to my room and she never came, then a staff told I couldn’t receive any extra towels when in fact I never received any for my next day stay. I was appalled

Very friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast opened early for runners (I stayed at the hotel for a race), clean rooms, and a good location.

The location, the ocenfront view, clean, free parking, good continental breakfast and the staff are courteous.

No microwave in room.

Great location. Breakfast was typical good but it was hot.

Cleaning products used left an odd smell in the room. Needed more seats for . Pool was very cold

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great.

I wasn't thrilled with my room. It seemed a bit dated and needed some upgrades. The room also had a funny smell, but I could not figure out what it was. Also, parking was extremely tight and there was no area to park and load/unload luggage.

The view was wonderful of the beach & Boardwalk, check out time was perfect 11am. Clean rooms, Free Parking an luggage racks free breakfast was wonderful 7-10am all food was fresh. Would recommend to for everyone to book a night or 2.

The location. It was right on the beach, had a view of the ocean/boardwalk, and easy access to the sand and surf. I wanted to spend my birthday on the beach so that part was good. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate.

The room had an unpleasant smell, like the carpet needed cleaning...big time. The breakfast was a disappointment. Powdered eggs, greasy sausage, Eggo waffles, lumpy oatmeal, hacked up pieces of fruit.

Location, Staff, Pool and Breakfast.....all very good!

The couch in our room was extremely worn, the vinyl arms had cracks/tears. The parking garage was full one evening and we had to park at a different hotel garage...however we were compensated. They charged hotel bill $50 and had to wait for it to come off

Free breakfast, the elevators are fast & responsive. The beach area behind the hotel is less crowded than other beach areas.

No restaurant nor bar.

Staff was great! Always doing something for you and taking care of you.

Not really...breakfast could be open a little later but come on, great location, great room, clean...hard to complain about that.
