Comfort Inn & Suites Troutville - Roanoke North

We chose to stay at Comfort Inn because you advertised an indoor pool. The pool was closed for maintenance while we were there. The advertised "free Inter net" was only sporadically available and we had to use our 5G provider - which cost us $30.00. .

They had waffles for breakfast

Very sad little hotel. The bathrooms were dated, the AC sounded like it was going to explode, the pillows were tiny throw pillows and our table in the room had a hole in it

It's cleanliness

One of the housekeepers was wearing a pair of pants with a very offensive patch; written on it was. His supervisor should have made him change. Better yet, I recommend uniforms. Our toilet was clogged, and we were offered a plunger.

The staff is phenomenal!!! Very down to earth and will assist as if you were family. Denise Huffman is extraordinary GM and does a wonderful job collaborating with her staff!!! They are all amazing!!!

A little noisy Breakfast was OK

THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO MEET ALL OUR NEEDS! THEY PROVIDED ALL GUESTS WITH FRESHLY BAKED COOKIES, LEMONAID, HOT COFFEE, ETC WHICH THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO. THOSE EFFORTS WERE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I'd stayed here prior and had a great experience! Good value, terrific staff. This time didn't meet that same expectation.

I was there for the week, and worked from my hotel room during the day. I found for about 2 hours during the day, the housekeepers had music on SO LOUD. I had noise cancelling headphones on, and I could hear it clear as day. So disrespectful.

Everyone was nice, it was clean, and the room was very comfortable. Good breakfast as well.

Everything was great had a great night sleep. The staff was terrific to work with friendly and very kind. Definitely would stay again. Colleen Rathburn

Great Breakfast and accommodations.

1 Room had an older tub/shoer and the other room had a nice new walk in shoers.

Great hotel, super clean and fantastic staff tried. I had booked a room via 3rd party and wasn't reserved a suite like I had planned. Staff tried to upgrade but was unable. Only reason foe 5*

The room was clean and very comfortable! The gentlemen who checked us in was kind, courteous and made us feel at home.

Sadly, the common areas smelled of mold.

The best thing about this hotel is the cleanliness.

The toilet in our room didn't work. When we notified the man at the desk, his reply was, "I'll give you a plunger". I didn't pay over $--- to stay in a room for three nights where I would have to use a plunger every time we needed to use the bathroom

Although this is a non-smoking hotel, someone had clearly smoked in our room before.

The location. Free internet and free breakfast.

There was no directory in the guest room that listed stores, restaurants or featured attractions around the area. The TV had limited channels and functions.

The night receptionist, was amazing! He was very helpful in putting us up for the night even though there was no longer any rooms available for the price we booked on-line. he upgraded us into a suite that was beautiful and very comfortable for us

Everything was fantastic including the hot breakfast. The kitchen host kept the hot breakfast and drinks/beverages filled at all times. She was also cleaning the tables constantly so as the next person would not be sitting at a dirty table. Great service!

Location, friendly and courteous staff... breakfast surprised me

Clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

Only one elevator and not enough luggage trolleys. It got pretty congested with people checking out and the elevator always being in use.

The room was really clean and hygienic as well as very comfy. The hotel staff was very courteous and respectful and pay good attention to your needs. Also, the chocolate chip cookies they have at the entrance were really delicious.
