Quality Inn Troutville - Roanoke North

There was a terrible odor in the room and had to switch rooms. Breakfast was very limited.

The service was great, the room was clean, everything worked in the room

The remote control was wet and slimy. But the rest of the room was ok.

Staff

The chair in our room was so shabby (imitation leather peeling off of large sections; unable to sit on it. Whose decision could it have been to include that in the room? But another st Goodwill for $20!

Staff friendly. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Easy access from highway. Good price.

Price and convenience

Noise level. I could hear when people in adjoining rooms used their showers. The water running noise level is high

We got there early the gentlemen was very friendly and happy to check us in before time . The room was very clean

The couch in the room wasn?t overly comfortable but it was adequate.

It?s a motel not a hotel. Breakfast was marginal. Juice machine was out. But had biscuits and gravy and some takeaway choices .

Location

The first room booked was small and had a plugged toilet that could not be plunged until the following day. The staff nicely upgraded our room.

Comfy beds and tons of restaurants and stores around.nice staff. Felt safe

Went to get the free breakfast on Saturday morning at 8 am . The eggs were all gone .

The hotel's location is off I-81. The hotel is walking distance to a Cracker Barrel. The hotel is pet friendly. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is good too.

There is nothing wrong with our stay. When making a reservation, if you don't do stairs well just request a first floor room. There is no elevator for the second floor.

Dirty, stains on the floor, walls, etc. Musty smell.

Easy on easy off. Morris at the front desk we as pleasant and helpful.
