I am disabled, they put me on the second floor and didn't not offer to accommodate, walls were super thin, right next to the elevator could hear all night, and room faced the road so I could hear traffic and the snow equipment and beds were uncomfortable

Breakfast

Hotel was miss Features advertised, no spa, indoor pool, or gym. Beds were full not queen size, very uncomfortable

The staff was very inviting and to mention that the outdoor pool was closed at our location when we first got there. The other hotel next door (same brand) let us use theirs.

It's not a deal breaker at all, however, the breakfast sandwich items are not that good and twice were labeled incorrectly.

Short distance away from my meeting venue. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Room was located on the same side as a busy road, but the curtains cut down on some of the noise and all of the light.

Excellent closet and dresser space. Adequate hangers in the closet and hook on bathroom door. We always appreciate a third bath towel for shampooing. Kitchen seemed well equipped, although we didn’t need it for our overnight stay.

A WILD PARTY BROKE OUT NEXT TO MY ROOM 2 A.M. AND I HAD TO GET UP PACK AND LEAVE

I liked everything about this hotel. All my experiences was wonderful. I love to book it again. I barbegued with my family while I was there, and my grandkids loved the pool.

I just wished that they had a full mirror to see what you looked liked while you was getting dressed. Other than that everything was perfect

When we registered online, it had no place for us to let you know that we were bringing a dog, although it said you were pet friendly. I understand that there may be a small fee for the dog, but $106 plus tax was excessive.

Clean, spacious, full kitchen was a plus.

The heat didn’t work in our room and the elevators are not secure.

There is truly a reason why the rating is so high, the customer service is phenomenal! They mentioned the food being delicious, and they were not wrong! The food review is what peaked my interest. I'm so glad we changed our stay to them.

The tv location was so weird, but I'm noticing odd layouts in VA hotels.

The breakfast selection was good. Room was clean and the staff was very nice.

The mattress was too high. Didn't like that. Lower the box spring or don't use that high of mattress. Very difficult for short people.

There wasn’t really anything not to like.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Front desk clerk that was on 3/17/25 at 7:00 pm was super nice.
