Hotel empolyee had breakfast spot on. It was fresh, warm, & there was a great variety of offerings. Also, she was so very sweet & very accommodating. Truly added the chef’s kiss to my stay after working long hours at a Festival. Oh, coffee was 10 out of 10.

i took that hotel said pool and it was broke and the water was cut for two hours i will not be staring ther next trip

Anything I asked for like extra towels, another blanket or toilet paper, it was provided to me immediately. The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating to my needs.

We thought the bathroom floors were too slippery. The cleaning solutions they’re using is making the floors slippery.

The entire check in process. I was railroaded for my money. I did not stay in the place. At check in I was not registered, it was very late from my travels and I had to sleep in my car. I'm currently seeking legal counsel on this matter.

Bathroom had hair in the sink, tissue box was stuffed with tissues that had toothpaste on them. Complimentary breakfast was OK, but pancake machine was out of order and no hot cocoa. Nothing terrible, but felt like it all could have been nicer.

Smelled weed all night, door key did not work had to get new one 5 times, absolutely would not stay here anymore.

Floor was wet from air conditioner. Breakfast was disappointing. No Milk, No Pancake mix 1st day. Coffee not ready at 6:30am 2nd day, still No pancake mix. Just not what is expected of a Holiday Inn Express, can't recommend this location.

The breakfast was delicious.

King size bed in my room had broken springs on one side of bed. Uncomfortable and not what I expect from Holiday Inn.

Air conditioner in room was not working. Pillows smelled like dogs. Bed was super squeaky. Bad experience overall with the room.

The hotel was newly renovated so it new and modern and fresh.

I wanted a suite with 2 queen beds but there was none available. I ended up getting a suite with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed which had crumbs under the mattress and in the space under the bed in the sofa. I had to clean the bed with disinfectant.

Excellent staff with great customer service. I had a slight problem that was taken care of right away. Fulfilling hot breakfast with very polite staff. Lots of parking spaces. I will certainly return and will recommend friends and family as well.

Only ice machine was on the first floor.

I booked 2 rooms , both with 2 queen size beds. We did not receive such. We received 2 rooms with only 1 queen bed. It was stated that did not have any available beds that we requested. We had 4 people traveling.

The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was great

The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The bathroom was a little dirty. The pool wasn't open and the elevator sounded very creepy while riding inside. The room telephone didn't work and the port and outlets on the left side of the bed didn't work.

Needs a little updating, such as cleaning rugs & better TV considering how cheap TVs are now. They never clean rooms, that¿s understandable but they should tell you that when you check in. They should also at the very least offer to replace towels.

quiet rooms, rather expensive considering there is nothing really there as an attraction.
