room service made me pick up in bar, refrigerator did not work, booked a king room with view and received 2 queens with limited view.

Its close to family we visit regularly, it has a good bar area with friendly staff

The fact we paid for a king roon and got bumped to a double queeen because the system oversold the king rooms by 17 units. Made to wait 30 minutes to check in after we were told our room was oversold. No manager ever came out to offer an apology

Heated pool = nice sized room for Handicap

wish there was at least a continental breakfast option...

staff was wonderful and loved the breakfast!

Like with all higher Hilton's I hate that breakfast is extra - it is still why I have not made higher Hilton's my number one stays.

Mold in bathtub shower area. Common areas like elevators dirty.

Bath tub was not clean. It had dirt around the circumference of tub. Dark hairs were on the sides and bottom of the tub. Contacted the front desk. Was told "I'll send someone up." However, no one came up. Nor did anyone call back. I checked out.

The cleaning of this hotel. The rooms are smelly and nasty. I had food left in my freezer from the previous resident. This hotel makes Hilton¿s chain looks bad

My hotel stay was wonderful. Upon my arrival to the front desk staff was very professional, friendly and displayed excellent customer service skills. Room size was nice and very clean. There was a slight order but nothing my lysol could not erase.

Bathroom toilet continued to run after a few flushes. Had to take off the top and giggle the handle. Also surprised to hear there is a fee for breakfast. I haven't been to the hotel in over 8-9 years and breakfast was free back then. Would surely return.

Deserves more than 3 stars. Clean, decent decor and extremely personable and helpful staff. It was not crowded when we were there.

The parking was a little far but not a problem for us. Older people would benefit from valet parking or closer parking.

There was a bedbug in my room! We found it around 11 p.m. on the night of the stay. Informed the Hotel front desk; showed them the bug; the gentleman at the desk confirmed that it may be a bedbug.. I asked for another room on a different floor.

After reporting the bedbug I had to request another room, would have preferred a different floor but had to get another room on the same floor. That room also had some type of bug, not a bedbug but nonetheless, this hotel is NOT 3 star with bugs!

THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH LINEN, I DID NOT HAVE A BATH RAG FOR MY DAUGHTER AND HOUSEKEEPING SAID, THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY EXTRA LINEN DUE TO SHORTAGE, I HAD TO GO TO WALMART TO BUY BATH RAGS. AND THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOWER LINER HAD MOLD ON IT.

The location and front desk lady was nice.

The bed lines were dirty and torn. There were a lot of parties in the rooms going on. The whole 3rd floor smelled like Marijuana. The beds were cheap and NOT queen size like listed online. They only have full size. They room was filthy.

was never informed that there would be a noisy concert event friday night. left a day early, manager was incredibly rude to me...nightmare experience.never again.
