not very clean , did not want to take a shower because bathroom was old , smelly and shower was awfull.

Esthetic nice. Staff courteous.

You could hear EVERYTHING through the thin walls. Unfortunately drunken hotel guest behaving drunkedly badly.

Old dated rooms and bathroom plumbing. Definitely needs an upgrade

Cleanliness was very good and the television in the room worked very well.

The hotel appeared to be quite old and worn down. Late evening check-in staff acted strangely toward me when checking in. Breakfast was adequate and average, at best. The waffle maker was dripping with goop and broken. The scrambled eggs were gross.

Location

The water in the sink in the bathroom did not drain so I had to change rooms. Second room had an air conditioner with broken controls on the screen so you could not figure out how to turn on the air conditioning. Unable to get a/c and sweated all night.

The carpet needs to be replaced. It looks filthy. Fix the washing machine

Breakfast could be improved a little. The food warmers ain?t working very well. The eggs were rather cold and the cookies makers didn?t boil the coffee too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is basic but has what you need to start your day. The worker in the breakfast area was great and she cared about service. Very helpful when we spoke to her to plan our day in downtown DC.

Some idiot pounded on my door at 5:30 am while I was trying to sleep! What!!! And, the dining area was also quite cold. NOT a good place to enjoy breakfast.

Atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. Staff was very pleasant and efficient and the room very cozy. Bed and pillows were wonderful.

Further from Old Alexandria and D.C. area than I would have liked.

The Staff are so Polite, Happy and Professional. The Lobby is Gorgeous and very Clean. The Staff are Adorable and always smiling

This is my favorite Hotel in Springfield. I stay while visiting my family. I have tried Hilton, Holiday Inn, Wyndham and Courtyard Marriott. They treat me like family and they are not prejudice, they have great parties for their guests,

It was clean, decent wi-fi, and the staff was professional and courteous.

The smoke alarm low battery went off at 2am, but the front desk was able to schedule maintenance to replace the battery in the next morning as there wasn't anyone on call at the time.

Close to Metro station

ALL ice machines out of service. Front desk assured me they were in operation.

I don?t think I?d stay at this hotel again. The WiFi and the AC didn?t work very well, which is a big deal to me. I?m not sure what the issue was, but it was very frustrating. The lowest temperature i could set was for 66 degrees only

I could not finish my response to the next question. The shower was not working and I had to scope with with my hand and pour over my head. My wife did not even take a shower. My phone # --- if someone calls me I will explain in more detail.

CHECKED IN AROUND 5 PM TOOK A SHORT BREA AND LEFT FOR DINNER. wENT TO BED AROUND 10 am . Went to take a shower the lever which shifts flow to top shower was not working well. half the flow was moving up and the shower head was not working. Could not take

The bed

A dead Cockroach in the bathroom and all the entrance doors besides the main entrance were broken. The smell of marijuana though out the hallway as if the cleaning staff was smoking it in the hallway.
