Rm 421 had a foul odor everytime you walk in. IT was the dish washer. They need to clean that more often. I was disappointed to hear that there was no pool.

Wonderful location and very nice & efficient staff

The furniture & carpet needs updating. Was older than I expected. The sofabed mattress had a Hugh dip in the middle of it. Renovation is desperately needed.

Location was good but difficult to find

The hotel is starting to show signs of aging. Hall carpets need cleaning, elevators need to be replaced and breakfast service is average (coffee tastes like urine).

Hotel is attractive and modern. Staff was very accommodating and immediately addressed my complaint when I asked to change my room

The mattress was very hard which provided a sleepless night. Also, free breakfast was sub-par.. i.e.: rubbery eggs

Smelled like marijuana, no wash cloths, shower was cold

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff helpful. Staff in the kitchen always so nice. The location is handy.

Hot water was spotty for a while. (We were there several weeks) Would love a real time waffle maker, more fresh food options, real oatmeal, unsweetened yogurt. We had pot smoking neighbors and the smell came into our room a number of times.

Quiet room.

Location was odd. Very difficult to get into and out of the hotel. Bad merge on access road, very busy.

The space in the suite, the breakfast, the parking garage, the comfy bed and the location!

One thing: someone has gotten sick just outside the main entry doors. It was nauseating to walk past that a few times. Would have been great for someone to have cleaned that up a little sooner than later. ;)

Convenient location. Close to a shopping center and restaurants.

I paid too much for this hotel. 1. Not enough parking. 2. Breakfast - Didn¿t have enough food. 3. Pool is closed & is still listed in amenities. 4. Only one elevator. One is broken. Long waits. 5. TV was broken in room upon arrival - was replaced.

Reasonably good breakfast.Nothing great as you see in reviews..Don't go by the reviews..I experienced it myself.

Can you believe seeing cockroaches running around in the kitchen area when my wife got up for milk for our daughter in the middle of the night. One of the bedroom lamps not working and the overall Lighting in the room does not feel you comfortable..

Excellent room designed for comfort. Professional staff. All the amenities. Everyday hot breakfast and evening happy hour food mon-thur. heated Pool and gym. Meeting areas are very relaxing and free great coffee bar. Nice decor. Free shuttle service.

Really the only thing did not like is some guests who smoke do so right outside the front entrance. Those with sensitivity to smoke or asthma can't avoid it. Should put smoking area in rear. Convection toaster oven in kitchenette would be nice to use.

The staff were exceptional. They seemed to genuinely care and went out of their way to accommodate guests. There was a wonderful FREE breakfast every morning and FREE dinner Monday through Thursday, 5pm - 7pm. The room was huge and well equipped.

The hotel seemed to cater to tour groups and large families from Thursday night through the weekend which turned this nice, quiet, professional hotel into a COMPLETE ZOO!!!! Weekenders were loud & inconsiderate of other hotel guests. Ruined it for me.

The convenient location, the room suites, the ease of parking were all great. The staff was consistently friendly.

I'd like to see better bathroom lighting -- perhaps a lighted mirror would be helpful.

The location was perfect... central to everything I needed to get to. The room suite was comfortable and relatively spacious and I felt right at home. I appreciated that they had frozen meals in the snack shop which was perfect to grab and go.

I'd like to see a lighted magnified mirror in the bathroom.

The room, the amenities, the staff. Exceptional hotel to relax or work. Family oriented.

Just wish the outside smoking area was not near the front door of the hotel and further away like at the back of the hotel or further.

Our suite was large and comfortable Hotel bar and sitting/eating area was a great place to hang out at the end of the day The free breakfast each morning was substantial and had something to offer for everyone Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Had trouble getting hot water in our room for the first 2 mornings but the 3rd morning it was fine
