The hotel is located close to several restaurants and grocery stores which was helpful since I?m not from the area.

The hotel is too close to the road. My window was facing the street so it was very hard to sleep. And I called the front desk to tell them the air wasn?t working properly but no one ever came to fix it.

The hotel was under renovation, the outside of hotel had a very bad foul smell, and the room we were in needed the carpet cleaned or a new one put down. Wall paper in bathroom was peeling off the wall. And the bed was lumpy. ALSO. We had to pay to park.

First night we itches moved rooms after being in the room we moved to for 4 days we encountered a mouse and moved at 11pm.

The coziness and the rooms are spacious. The staff is outstanding. The breakfast is pretty good.

First room I was in made us itch and we woke up with scratchy throats. The laundry room is expensive, and the dryers do not dry at all¿spent $10 drying and clothes still weren¿t dry.

They just need to hire more staff- the front desk lady was by herself doing 3 people¿s job - providing supplies and room services which I guess should be conducted by someone else other than the receptionist

It was nice and updated. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash are great!

Pool and Jacuzzi were closed.

I like the room and amenities that I did not even get to use due to their staff!

Yes, the staff the check me in booked me into another couples room thought it was funny as well! Inconvenience myself and the other couple. I would like a FULL REFUND OR FREE NIGHT! I do have proof from the manager as well

The room we stayed in had a full sized fridge, dishwasher, dishes, and an oven. Which was really nice.

The suite was perfect for a weekend stay. It had a kitchenette that we did NOT utilize but nice to know it was there. Free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24/7 was great. Breakfast every day of the week. Very clean, staff very friendly.

It was a bit chilly the weekend we stayed - a blanket or throw for watching movies at night would be great. I didn't ask the front desk for one but having a throw over the couch would have made me happier and look more inviting or home.

This was the first time I have been to this location for this hotel. The frig did not cool and my strawberries went bad. I was disappointed in the price versus the size of the room. Breakfast items were limited in comparison to other locations.

Hotel was clean, up to date, staff was very friendly. There was an outside put fire with seating that was very nice.

Accommodations were nice and reasonably priced

Housekeeping never cleaned our room, we were told a manager would call us the next morning. We asked next day to speak to manager several times with no call. Asked at front desk when we were leaving, told manager was not in. Breakfast staff unpleasant

The staff was very professional, courteous and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this Residence Inn to everyone!

spacious and good bed,but I had to use a sofa because it was so uncomfortable to use a bed with my friend because there was only one bed.
