Yes sheets and cloths pillowcases were very dengy ,not white comferter had cigerete burnes

The manager placed a message stating that we can rece6 a fridge and microwave, the rep could've accommodated the request but failed

The morning clerk was nice enough to let me stay an extra hour.

Overnight the room was horrible and hot. The elevator broke down after check in and the security was careless, the clerk overnight was unprofessional smoking in front of the building and not caring about the customer.

Convenient to the highway. Pretty straight forward based on star level.

I booked a King bed and was given 2 full size mattresses instead. It was only me for the room. Would have preferred the King that I booked and paid for.

Some of the staff were pleasant, some,particularly the morning staff were decidedly not.

no shampoo, blankets thin as sheets, hotel stank of smoke. Air handler sounded like a dishwasher. Took a shower every time I used the sink, maintenance saw no problem despite absence of aerator/diffuser. Overall felt used and abused. Will never use again

Broken elevators (both); broken security feature on door; worn out room furnishings; hallways dirty due to ongoing renovations.

I got to my room and three lights needed light bulbs. We found multiple cockroaches during our stay. My bathtub had black mold growing on the walls. The dryers did not work in the laundry facility, and the staff was incredibly rude and refused to help me.

How quite it is

The elevator quit working for one day and then they got it fixed but you still have to play with the buttons at the door to make it go up and down or get it to come to the actual floor you¿re on

Location

They don't clean your room. You have to get your own linen and wash cloths and towels. You have to ask for toilet paper. The room write up says room comes with a microwave and fridge. But the rooms do not. In fact they charge extra for a fridge.

Where to begin. Hallways were filthy stains on the floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed for days.shower curtain wouldn't close water everywhere. Dead roaches could be seen. Reserved a king ended up with a double Would like to get what I paid for

They charged you as if you were staying at a more upscale motel. Could never get linen or towels. I had to clean up my room. Housekeepers were never around. Never offered discounts to people staying a while.

Quiet and many eateries close by

I want a refund the first room had roaches and beds were not queen they were full size very disappointed I request a refund

Rude and lazy staff. She is too big to move around and didn¿t help even i had reservation.

ROACHES AND FLYING BUGS IN THE ROOM. I mentioned the pests to the desk clerk and he said that he would take care of it. I also asked other people who were staying at the hotel if they had roaches in their rooms and they all said yes. No acceptable.

Roaches and flying insects in my room and other guests rooms. Old furniture. Cigarette burn holes on bedding.

This hotel has an affordable rate, quite and is close to my job. The only complaints that I have are as follows: 1. There were cigarettes buds in the stairwell. 2. One morning,at 8:30am, there were contractors using drills and yelling down the halls.

I asked the lady at the front desk to have the manager call me, but he did not. If he did, he did not leave a message. 3. I work nights. I need as much rest that I can get.

I found a killed a small roach while going to the bathroom at night.
