Friendly staff. The hotel is right across the street from the hospital. Clean rooms.

The front desk staff was lovely and accommodating.

1st rm floor was wet. Screaming woman few doors over, cops were called. 2nd room: bathroom was not clean, hair on bathtub wall, water gets all over floor from shower bc of bad curtain hanging, floor was dirty when I wiped up water from floor.

The Batb,tub instead of shower is a plus. The waffles are very good.

They changed from butter to a soft spread. It diminishes the waffles which used to be a big hit.And, the syrup packets are gone.The hottub has been closed for weeks.

Convenience for us to be near family

We have been staying here for years. The common areas?breakfast room with tables and chairs as well as carpeting in halls is really looking worn and ratty. Elevator floor is horrible. Elevator was not working. Fortunately we were on main floor.

Close proximity

Carpets need cleaning in room. Wasn't terrible. Little black specs came out of ac I it. May just need a cleaning. Basically older hotel but worth the value.

Nobody was at the desk when I arrived. Waited a long time to check in. Hotel room was down a level. Getting off the elevator there is no guest sign to find rooms. LONG walk to the room. Smelled musty. The desk chair leather was shredded. Shortened stay.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room for a value price. The workers were friendly and seemed to care about their jobs.

The check-in seemed to take a longer-than-average time. The third-floor hallway smelled stale. The hallway carpet was worn out, and the elevator had broken tile flooring. It gave an overall impression that the hotel's public areas are dirty.

The bathroom had big spots that were not painted and were just repair spots. The toilet paper holder is very rusty inside the sink stand.

Bath tubs in every room with rubber ducks. Waffle machine at breakfast, very soft beds. And the outdoor pool with jacuzzi.

room was clean. bed was comfortable.

The pool was closed, which was not noted on the website. Booked this out of the way hotel for the pool. Breakfast was bare. No knoves. No yogurt. Toilet was child height...dangerous for seniors.

Bath tubs instead of showers. Also a great pool and breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. Love the rubber ducks in the bath.

Checking in easy, breakfast included is quite adequate, location works well for us

The carpeting throughout the halls is dated and just plain dirty. Toilet ran off and on?simple flap replacement would keep this from happening. Toilet seat was loose so had to sit very carefully.

Location and proximity to the hospital

Tv in room did not work, had to change rooms. Elevator was borderline unsafe¿.clunking and jerking. Old hotel needing renovation

The staff is dedicated to making the guests feel like they are in a luxury hotel.Rooms have a full size bath tub that always includes a rubber duck. Full breakfast with many options. Pool And hot tub. Very comfortable beds. The price is amazingly low.

It is hard to pick a out anything that could be improved.

Friendly Staff, quality and cleanliness are exceptional for the price.

Nice and clean. Good breakfast with eggs and sausage and waffles.

There was absolutely nothing I could say about this hotel/ experience which would be positive. Pet friendly rooms? Sure, if you want to pay $50.00 more. That is NOT pet friendly. $10.00 is friendly. And nowhere on their site could I find a price for pet.

Rude staff, hidden charges. Deeply hidden.

It was quiet and clean 24hr coffee,tea,ect.

Location and cleanliness

The beds were too high, I am 5 ft 4 in and the top of the mattresses were more than hip high. The toilet was so low I felt like I was falling every time I sat on it!
