The location, right off the highway was ideal. Also the proximity to Salem Va.

Smelled damp in the stairwells.

Staff at the hotel were outstanding, and the continental breakfast was fabulous.

A tee-shirt from the last occupant left in the bathroom.

We needed a handicapped room and found it to be everything needed. Bed was low, shower was well equipped for walk in showering. Quiet and cozy. Thanks!

We did have to ask for a TV remote and the second on we received will probably not last long either. Requires extremely hard press to change channels. That is a little thing.

Yes. And this turned me off. I came with a 14 pound, trained dog. I had the understanding that he would cost me $20. Dollars a night. Checking in, I was told they would charge me $75. This is what they call ¿pet friendly¿? Shameful! This is a dealbra

Dog in a room next to us barked all night and nearly bit my husband at the elevator. Bathroom sliding door wouldn¿t close.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting rust with hair stuck in it on the door trim with mold on the wall. Will never stay there again!!!!

Rooms and lobby were updated. Rooms featured plenty of convenient places to charge electronics. Breakfast was delicious and featured a variety of options.

Our room was adjacent to the cleaning staff closet. There were lots of loud door slams as they began work at 7am.

Room had an odor to it, like popcorn or spilt beer. That was only negative element of our stay

Room given was right next to stairway & across from laundry.As an older/tired adult travelling w/6yo g-son & 12yo g-daughter,the high traffic,noisier room loc was stressful,not the safest room for children. Also,only 1 towel@ pool, we shared.

Our room was adjoined to another room. They were very loud and kept us up until after 11pm and they came in loudly at 4am.

Everything was great, the only thing I would suggest is keeping breakfast open a little later than 10 am. Some people are on vacation and sleep in.

We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping didn¿t come in and empty trash or tidy up room.

For me to book it last minute, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean but there was a stain on the headboard. Other than that all was fine and my daughter and I slept comfortably.

The door to the bathroom and closet. My daughter hurt her finger trying to close it. That sliding door was a bit difficult to move back and forth.

The facilities are new, and the rooms were very clean. I felt comfortable walking in my bare feet in my room.

Sleep is one of the most important things to me when staying in a hotel. All through our one-night, stay there were banging noises somewhere within the walls. It kept us awake.

Clean and updated facility, ample and well-lit parking, comfortable and modern rooms, and competitive rates! It's close to the highway, features a few local gas stations and quick stops for sundries, etc. The outdoor patio area has gas grills and a TV.

Left an expensive pillow there. Called several times about it. Bad customer service. They must have thrown it away. Other guests were also loud

Great coffee anytime, beds were so comfy & a good breakfast!

The staff was courteous and had my keys ready to go, as I was in a hurry to check in then make an engagement. The beds were large and comfy, breakfast was fresh and varied, and the dining room was clean and spacious.

Our shower floor had an unacceptable amount of mold, and what looked like blood around the shower head, but they sent in housekeeping to bleach the floor immediately. The snack bar was also way overpriced, and the parking lot was almost full.

Brand new. Spacious comfortable room.

The walls are paper thin. Could easily hear conversations in the other room.
