The room and staff were wonderful

Last time I stayed here the parking was free. Now, with new owners, it's $15 a night. AND, internet is an ADDITIONAL fee. Seriously?!? Who charges for internet? I'd rather the room cost more and have free parking and internet.

The hospitality was sacrificed greatly due to cost burying measures The communication for breakfast was minimal. I found out about breakfast buffet later in the day and the breakfast buffet was not available on weekends!!!! WiFi was not free

The system for breakfast could have been smoother and faster. In concept it's nice, but doesn't work well if there's a lot of people.

Clean rooms, GREAT workout facilities, quiet in the halls, and for me, the location was perfect

The excellen customer service and the cleaness of the hotel. I definitely come back again very soon. Thanks to the front staff, they¿re very nice a great service.

Rooms and location

Wish there had been a better breakfast and faster service at the breakfast counter. One lovely woman by herself with a long line of people did a wonderful job, but needed help!

misleading website- there was no shuttle from airport and said breakfast wad included and it was not free; had a medical emergency and had to leave early and they required us to pay for 2 unused room with no credit

Very clean, comfortable room that i booked at the last minute ¿ maybe an hour before. The AC unit for the room was a bit loud, but not terrible.

The staff are all very sweet and professional. During such a difficult time in the world with COVID... the people running the building kept morale up, kept everyone calm. It was much appreciated ❤️

I wish I could have gotten room service delivered but I completely understand why - I was allowed to take food from downstairs so that was definitely a plus.

The location within Reston was excellent -- very easy access to VA 267 and Reston Town Center. The staff was very helpful.

There wasn't enough parking. The room seemed very dated, with run-down wallpaper and a dingy-looking thermostat, and it was right next to the elevator so I could hear it running all night. Finally, the bathroom was very small and dimly-lit.

They had people literally right outside my window doing construction. They were on scaffolding

Outside pool, staff friendliness and assistant.

Knowing that they will close the pool for good and make it part of the restaurant and a sitting area.

The room service staff and food were wonderful. We utilized it for both pool-side service as well as early morning breakfasts and the food was timely and delicious every day.

The hotel advertises a hotel shuttle, but it is not practical. The shuttle only goes to the airport four times a day and, because there's only one shuttle, it does not operate on-demand.

Clean, quiet. Easy parking.

Older hotel off the regular busy roadways. Not as goth class as the Westin next door but still a nice place to stay. Staff was professional and friendly.

It was a pleasure dealing with the very gracious and the kind and helpful Filipino gentleman on the night shift.

I may have preferred a different view and late checkout at 4pm when possible. Overall a very positive experience.
