Hyatt Regency Reston

This hotel is in a great location and is beautifully designed.

I was woken up in the morning by the sounds of someone playing a video game. I think folks should be allowed to play video games in their hotel room, but they should wear headphones if they are going to play really late or very early in the morning.

Parking fee of 14 a night without a notice prior The pool, hot tub and fitness center were closed the whole reason we chose this place. And was not notified prior The beds were so uncomfortable my husband and I left so sore and in pain

Fabulous location, great dining options in the town Center, perfect time to visit for the holidays.

The option to use the bathtub if desired...so many hotels these days have shower only.

The pillows had virtually no firmness to them...even using a couple together didn't help, made it difficult to rest well.

The food was good. Server was great. The bed was pretty comfy. The location was awesome. The hotel is beautiful, but could use a refresh.

Woodwork is gorgeous, but scarred up especially around the elevators. Surprising for 4 stars. Need attention to cleaning corners and edges of floor. The fan in the bathroom didn?t work in mine or brother?s room. Room got very moist and hot.

Great large clean hotel with beautiful lobby in walking distance to shops at the Reston Town Center, and a quick drive to many other places. Gym is very sizable and nice for a hotel gym and pool is nice too.

Pool is only three feet deep, lobby oftentimes is busy due to it being a popular event space, double beds rather than Queens, unless you opt for a King, and the hotel also pushes for its own paid parking even though there¿s free lots two blocks away.

The manager was really nice because my reservation had the wrong date and he honor it with no problem. I was stress with two small kids. The only problem was no shampoo or conditioner in the room to wash my hair.

The lobby and rooms are very spacious and well kept, with the lobby feeling particularly elegant. The location in the Reston Town Center is great for a lot of restaurants right outside. Sizable gym and pool area, nicer than most hotels

Thin walls meant the room next to me filled with drunk kids at 2am were disruptive. The parking situation is misleading as the hotel charges for its own parking when there are multiple free garages a block away. I was aware so I didn¿t pay but many do

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good a/c. Good location.

Noisy refrigerator. I had to unplug it. Parking was $16. A beer was $14. The shower/showerhead is old and 1 star. No free breakfast.

Clean, quiet, great bed, great location. Easy walk to metro station.

Pay for parking.

The lobby is spacious, well designed, and welcoming. What I liked most, however, was the courtesy of the front desk clerk. She greeted us with a smile and looked me in the eye when talking to me. She made me feel as if our satisfaction mattered.

I was disappointed that there weren't non-disposable glasses and cups in the room. Drinking coffee and water from paper and plastic cups isn't as pleasant as using washable drinkware, and the effect on the environment isn't good, either.

Stayed here nay times and never had any issue, but takes one unprofessional, rude and un-trained/skilled individual to make it worse.

Terrible customer service at front desk.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms. I ordered room service from the Capital Burger restaurant downstairs and it arrived quickly and was delicious.

jacuzzi not hot and jets don't work

Had a wonderful smell. They were doing renovations while I was there but it didn¿t interfere with me - their signage was great to keep me out of places where it wasn¿t supposed to be.

The room I was in the walls seem to be not so insulated well. I could kind of hear the people in the room next-door who were up for about an hour after I got back at 10pm but I hadn¿t gone to sleep yet so it wasn¿t a problem. Slept really well.

Location

The hot tub was cold, there were no towels in swimming pool area, the coffee creamer in my room curdled my coffee, and there wasn¿t another pod to use. Thank

Cleanliness, staff, location

Having to go through the very busy main lobby, past the very busy restaurant, to get to the elevators to my room.

The hotel was old but the location was great.

We had 3 people and did not receive 3 sets of towels, I had to repeatedly ask for them , which they brought, but I had to ask and tip every time they brought them. I would have thought that housekeeping would have automatically have provided 3 sets.
