AC Hotel Reston

Beautiful hotel. The room was very well laid out

Upon check-in, the front desk could not find my reservation and initially insisted that i pay again. The front desk lady was not very friendly/customer service friendly - no smiles.

Its in a decent area

No microwave in rooms. Only microwave is located at reception. Just silly.

Very clean and well kept. Staff was great.

The air conditioning was not efficient. room would get overly hot and were unable to have the room at our desired temperature

Location. The hotel is new and well appointed.

The lobby restaurant was really good, but it took 45 minutes to bring out a hamburger. But the burger ($25) was really good.

Very modern and stylish. Good location near Reston town centre and the metro. Easy parking. Staff VERY friendly

I really enjoyed the location. Anna was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and very informative about the amenities available to Bonvoy Marriott members.

Decor.

Bathroom layout needs some common sense.. Electrical outlet left of sink make it difficult for right handed guest to use hair dryer. One bar of soap in room. Need bath bar for guests who do not like to use liquid scented bath gel.

The property was aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and clean; also, the food and rooftop bar.

The staff didn’t seem to knowledgeable and or attentive to check in and questions asked about the property

Cannot believe how poor our one night experience was. AC was broken in our room and when called in the tech showed up at 10:45 pm and basically said “yea and 4 other rooms aren’t working either.” No fix. And wifi didn’t work. Truly awful

Very clean! Smelled absolutely amazing walking into the lobby. Staff was excellent, roof top bar was top tier. And my room, left me speechless.

Wish that it was an outside pool.

Breakfast wasn’t explained properly mans felt awkward when I arrived so I didn’t even use it.

Great hotel in a beautiful area! Parking was super easy — right across the street and you can pay through the hotel for a discount. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Good value for the price. Super convenient location, just a quick drive to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my second time to stay here and I will do over and over again. It’s a newly built building. Everything is new and working. Awesome bar by the lobby. It has a rooftop bar but unfortunately everytime I come the weather gets really bad it rains. It has a park garage that’s across from the hotel just have that parking ticket validated to save few bucks. Front desk is excellent and the house keeping is on point.

Everything clean and staff was great! Also, the location is great its near everything!

Nothing was new!

This property is new to the area. It has parking garage across from the property that is connected to the hotel. This property is clean over all. It has a restaurant and a rooftop bar but unfortunately during my stay the weather wasn’t too much cooperative. It has a huge lounge area and next to it is the bar and restaurant. The bathroom is in immaculate condition. Stand up rain shower. I did get the room that has the city view and across from it is a work building but the room has a built in 2 layered curtain from it’s floor to ceiling windows. Located 7 minutes away by foot from the Reston Town Center area. I really liked and enjoyed my stay at AC hotel. Definitely worth recommend staying.
