Quality Inn Radford-West Blacksburg I-81

Not one thing comes to mind. I would never stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. There is a reason every hotel around this one is full every night and this hotel is barely at 5%.

They charge an additional $100.00 deposit upon checking into the hotel. I am still like a lot of pepole still waiting on them to return my deposit. When you call about it they hang up on you. Towels provided by the hotel where stained.

The pool area was nice.

The hotel was very old. We had to wait a long time for anyone to arrive to the front desk to check in and out. The room was old and the bathroom floor was very dirty. There was a gross bug in our room. Couldn’t wait to leave.

I still don't have my $100 back they held and took off my card

We found a roach in our room and reported it. The staff and owners refused to accommodate us to a cleaner room or a refund. They kicked my family out during a snow storm and was in a car for several hours before getting another room we had to pay more

Loved that my room was cleaned every day and fresh towels and made bed was a pleasant touch. Felt like home.

The TV did not work and, although there was a fitness center listed, I was unable to find it

The hotel required you give them your room key at check out or you would be fined. There was no front desk attendant at 0800, not staffed so I had to place room key on front desk counter. Graduation weekend so there should?ve had a staff member available

They have a pool and hot tub all year round

They quality of the breakfast food. They need to improve the selection.

Absolutely nothing. Toilet was broken and management would not fix

Everything. They double charged my credit card, refuse to refund me. Nightmare stay

After a 13 hour road trip we were greeted with someone walking into our room when we were asleep around 11pm.They had given another customer our room number and access key.Scary and uncomfortable.Lost my refundable incident deposit at check out. Terrible.

Old and carpet in room, not clean and needed replacement. This was not up to best western or Quality Inn standards. Breakfast was good.

I have a wheelchair.In the front entrance there was door bell to ring for handicap assistance. It did not work no one came out to help me. Also you have speed bumps in front of the elevator that made it difficult for me to get unto the elevator. Breakfas

Dirty Sheets coverings and low staff couldnt find staff and had to wait until the staff from the front desk come back from helping the cleaning person or the cleaning person who was suppose to bring me back clean sheets was helping the front desk.

Convenience, price, kids loved pool

Very quiet hardly anyone there during our stay. Very helpful in switching our room after we brought it to their attention

There was old fast food and drink left in the refrigerator from previous guest, was able to switch rooms. The pools were nothing like the pictures, water did not look clean. Hallways and elevators smelt awful.

The employees were very kind and patient

I think my kids got pink eye from the pool. And had a allergic reaction to something else the last day we stayed. Very strange. Also there didn't have enough towels

Staff was very nice.

No restaurants w/in walking distance. Hottub was luke warm at best. Breakfast was severely lacking. The place could use a good cleaning & renovation. I wouldn't stay there again.

Specially the breakfast are was clean and spacious ¿¿¿¿. The staff was nice and warm.

I think they should have some towel at the pool or have a SIGN says BRING YOUR TOWELso people knows and don¿t wet the hallway carpet to go to their rooms¿¿¿¿

Hottub was the only good part...hotel needs serious upgrading and cleaning done.

It was dirty and you can tell the building is very old. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing there was pretty much nothing but burnt biscuits and cereal and yogurt...no fresh items no hot items.

Did not get traffic noise

Carpet needed vacuuming. Heater very loud. Because base of bed is hollow strange noises emanated when getting in or out of bed.
