Tv was not working. Window glass in our room was cracked and foggy.

The location was right off the freeway and was a very easy check in process.

I believe I had contracted bed bugs here as my legs were covered in bites. Red circles that were very obviously bed bugs unfortunately.

The location of this hotel and the staff working there were phenomenal. The breakfast was great, as well.

There were numerous cleanliness issues in the bathroom and room (hairs, urine, toothpaste spit, dirty faucet, several lights-hair dryer-outlets not working, no facial tissue and clothes from a previous guest were found behind the furniture. Not clean.

The breakfast was great and our room was located close to a door to make it easier to walk our dogs.

The hotel room seems to be a little on the older side and is starting to show signs of wear and could use a bit of an upgrade. It wasn't dirty, just a bit worn.

Staff was super nice and always smiling. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay again no question.

Bed was too firm. otherwise, everything was perfect.

Best front desk staff I have encountered in a very long time. Incredibly warm welcoming, extremely helpful and accommodating. You have great people working there. Everything is also very clean and well-maintained.

Dirty towels, bed sheets with full of hair and used my own bed sheet and towel. I will never stay with choice hotel chain. The fridge was filled with old food and never cleaned by hotel staff. I have pictures and glad to share it. Please contact me.

Quiet area off I-81

Reserved motel room because of having pool & Spa, only to find out that neither were in operation!! Grandkids were very disappointed ¿¿

New, Clean, and the staff is very nice.

We have stayed here several times as our son was attending Radford University for three years . Its always been a great experience, they now have their breakfast back as during Covid times, it was not served. Jenna is a wonderful addition to the staff!

The lighting in the rooms seems very dim. There could be maybe one more safety rail in the bathtub for the older generation .

Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. My room, a king suite, was very large and had an enormous jacuzzi tub. Very enjoyable.

Worn carpet, sink and tubs had cracks, and the light in the entry was off on purpose in all the rooms, making it hard to see and difficult to figure out where a functioning light may be. Pool and spa were closed and the breakfast was really poor.

Clean room and public areas. Convenient location for our trip.

Booked this specifically because of the advertised hot buffet breakfast, but then none were available. Inexplicable since almost all other hotels we stayed at since July 2021 for our 50-4-50 trips have re-opened their hot buffet breakfast again.

The staff members were very accomodating, pleasant, and helpful. They definitely get five stars in the customer service department.

The hotel informed us the pool and hot tub area they advertise has been closed for over a year. It was dirty. Leftover food in refrigerator,food splatter on ceiling. Rooms smelled of cigarettes.
