Horrible experience

I was told 4 times what time I would be able to get into my room but to no avail. But after hours waiting I was able to get in well after the general check in time forcing me to sleep outside the hotel

Third night we had some very noisy neighbors until well after midnight.

It was clean, the shower was really nice.

The light over the sink mirror is shaded & dim. I am 72 years old and can't see real well to put my makeup. I ended up standing in the shower with a hand mirror to use a Q Tip to clean up the mascara and any other mistakes. This is not fun, it is hard!!

I booked my room for double beds, was placed in a room with a King bed. Told the front desk that the glass shower door didn't close, bathroom floor was soaked. Nothing was done about the complaint.

Supposed to be smoke free but all you could smell was marijuana in the halls, elevator, everywhere

Lots of room

The customer service at this hotel was absolutely horrible. No sense of helping the customer. The breakfast staff was ridiculously rude, literally turned their back on me (male) and walked away when asking a question.

Location central to access highways, shopping, and restaurants.

Congested traffic in and out of parking area, congestion in area of food buffet. Breakfast options could be improved. Some areas of carpeting in hallways were stained.

Nice staff and clean room. The location is great because it's near plenty of places to eat and shop within 2 miles.

Close to Mall and restaurants

Had several issues that were not attended to after complaining for 2 days. Will be calling their corporate number to lodge a complaint about this stay. Was not worth the money we paid. Will not stay there again!!

Located next to interstate and walking distance to mission BBQ, chick fila and several different shops.

Because it was a decent price the hotel also attracted a large group that partied in the hallway until 3 am. Management couldn't do anything. Free breakfast was very underwhelming. Worst coffee I've ever had Workout room was small & unusable

Good location and easy access to the highways plus several restaurant options within walking distance.

There was no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways on the ground floor on the hottest day of the year. It was easily 110° outside and well over 90° inside the hotel. Same goes for the elevator shaft, ridiculously hot for two days and nights.

Yes. If you extend your stay, they make you check out of your room by 11:00 and check back in at 4pm even if you are staying in the same room & you have to pay an additional 50.00 deposit. Hotel REEKED of pot. Only 1 elevator

Fast check in, hot breakfast

The electricity had issues. Outlets were black and our light switch wouldn't turn our light off. It just stayed on unless you held it in. Once we finally got it off we left it off. The room wasn't cleaned. We found items from prior stay.

Convenient location for work travel

This hotel needs a MAJOR overhaul. It reeks of cigarette smoke and the hallway smelled of pot. Carpet in bad shape, paint peeling, coverlet on the bed felt sticky. The glass door on shower wasn't water tight and allowed water to pour out. No USB outlets.

Carpets were dirty, needed vacuuming along walls where trash was pushed. The paint peeling off walls. I opened a ?clean? towel from rack and a peanut fell out. Had to leave pool area to get towels, they are rationed out.

The hotel was dirty, even the walk ways to the elevators were filthy. The pool has no smell of chlorine and had bugs floating in the water.

FILTHY CARPETS THROUGHOUT. Elevator floor was filthy and obviously NEVER moped. Shoes stuck to floor!

I don?t understand the ratings this place had. Absolutely disgusting. The room smelled like mold and dingy. The floor was wet from the ac unit and leaking. Probably why it?s smells the way it does. The bathroom shower was caked and white and dirty.
