How extremely nice and helpful all the staff was.

Ice machines. Need one on each level. Plus the one on the second floor was broken.

Didn't really care for the eggs (omelet) - quite rubbery and dry.

very poor. Hair on towels, stool and shower in bathroom were definitely not cleaned. Breakfast kept getting interrupted by a slow attendant professing his skills.

At check-in, the staff member quickly accommodated me with a new room after I informed him: the commode continued to run after it was flushed, AND, the heater was not working properly.

Did not smell clean. Needs to be upgraded. The Bathtub is very dangerous. My husband slipped while taking a shower and if it were not for the toilet seat he would have fallen and probably broken some bone. Refrigerator did not have freezer.

Great customer service, great location

The showers need replacing. Some of the doors are missing door frame parts that make it very hard to open the door. The only plugs in the room are on the opposite side of the side table. I have a CPAP and had to rest it on the bed as there was not a plug.

The cleanest of the room and friendly employees the lady bugs was as bad. I was on the 2nd floor and on the front.

The lady bugs but this time was a lot better because the last time I kill ten thirty showed up.

Quiet, convenient parking all nights, best staff I've run into in a while.

Stay here often and the staff is always helpful.

This hotel was not very clean. There were stains on the sheets, towels, and walls.

The hotel met the requirement of a nice, clean, safe place to spend the night on short notice.

Floors in the room were filthy. Both the carpeted and tiled floors. In the bathroom the bathtub was dirty and the shower rod was falling off the wall.

Took forever to check in.

Air conditioning barely worked. Room siding get below 76 degrees. Not a good kept up hotel. Looks fine but mechanicals not good. Could barely open my room door.

The Breakfast was good.

The air conditioning in the room did not work the room was 80 degrees. The hotel was booked so they had no other room. The air conditioning was so loud had a bad night sleep but never really cooled the room down. We asked the hotel for a reduction but
