Nice location. Clean and quiet.
The location was close to my destination. The check-in process was excellent.
The location was ideal for us visiting the Caverns and Walmart

Cons -

I found several bugs on the floor and the coffee pot was not thoroughly cleaned since the last time it was used.
The light on the patio was a distraction when sleeping at night. We noticed a buildup of cobwebs in wall/ceiling.
