Location is good and the room was clean.

The in room heat and air unit is pathetic. The only way to read the controls is to get on all fours. Good luck if you have bifocals. The fridge only gets cool, not cold. Your milk may spoil overnight.

The price was reasonable. The air conditioner was cold. The staff allowed me to check in early which was appreciated. Friendly staff!

The air condition was loud even at the lowest setting and the bathroom door was missing a pin hinge which made it a little difficult for my child to close the door. The room was a non smoking room but still smelled like cigarettes were smoked in there.

Location, cleanliness and price value.

Swimming pool wasn't open.

We liked the hotel overall.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom knocked. Not a big deal, just annoying. The HVAC unit was quite loud when it cycled on. It woke me several times. It needs repair or replacement. Also not a fan of all laminate flooring. Gives the room an echo.

Super friendly staff and clean room.

The heater unit was a bit old and noisy. It worked very well though.

We were there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned at all

Hot water was HOT. Location was good..Going home.

Pillows were terrible. One plastic chair in room. Air conditioner was loud and noisy. Closest ice machine out of order. No in room coffee and coffee up front was out.Outside door stuck. Outside light was too bright .

Greeted with a big smile by the front desk employee.I was very pleased with the room.Well lit outside at night for safety.

Only one that was cheap.No ice,the ice machine didn't work,no coffee machine in room,had to order more pillows,

There was no hot water to take a shower. Told them in the evening and again in the morning. Hot water came out of sink but not shower. So they said they would take 20% off. No I wanted a shower. Coffee in lobby was Luke warm.

Beds were comfortable and linens clean.

Room needs deep cleaning. Dirt and grime on doors. No reason for this especially during these COVID issues.

Good location, easy to find, close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Wish the bathroom wasn't so small.

Parking in rear was a little tight for my full size pickup.

It was close to interstate. The personnel were friendly.

It was not a "hotel"--it was a "motel." We had to access rooms from the parking lot. The noise from a barking dog in a "pet-friendly" room was bothersome during the night, as was the noise from the people in the room overhead.

The location was conveniently right off the interstate. Staff was friendly.

Refrigerated pre-made food that needs microwaved is not breakfast-more of a snack/coffee stand.The shower curtain was barely hanging on-it had been ripped out of the drywall.Noisy heater,outside entry to room. Not a 2 1/2 star hotel by any definition.

The free breakfast was very basic and there is a little bit of noise from outside in the rooms.
