Quality Inn Hillsville

The staff were really nice. The room was remodeled very nice. My parents had the breakfast and said it was really good. Don't judge this book by its cover...

At first sight of the motel we were very disappointed. It looked like a motel that was more for drug addicts. But we were very surprised and delighted that this motel was remodeled inside the room. It was very nice.

Their reasonable price was close to nearby competitors (within $10 per night), but one of my favorite perks was the pool. The free breakfast was top notch and the staff was constantly restocking food to make sure everyone had breakfast available.

The chain and padlock for the pool area was draped over the pool gate. Every time someone used the gate I could hear it banging around quite loudly from inside my room. Maybe drape it over the fence railing instead?

Clean and friendly staff

Could not connect ps4 and front desk didn’t know how to help with the WiFi connection. But was trying to help just couldn’t figure it out.

Renovated rooms were very comfortable

We chose this hotel for the included hot breakfast. However, 2 out of the 3 mornings only had a continental breakfast.

Great staff, breakfast was wonderful, large rooms, swimming pool, hot tub, everything was wonderful

Friendly staff and location

Room had very heavy smoke smell. Mirror was full of smoke haze. Leaking bathroom sink. Television did not work. Pieces of trash found throughout the room. Outside grounds in front of rooms were dirty.

Next to no breakfast. No cold cereal, no bowls, no bread for toast. There was not even any tops for coffee take out. Arrived after 4pm and was told the rooms were not ready for another 30 minutes. grounds were very dirty.

Location. Was right off the highway.

The cleanliness of the hotel. The towels had not been changed. I had to bring them to the desk clerk.

Sadly there was NOTHING positive about this place. It was a BIG disappointment.

I disliked EVERYTHING. It was VERY dirty. Hairs on the sheets and blood stains. Bathtub was beyond dirty. Breakfast couldn?t be obtained as there were 2 old, dry hard biscuits and 2 links. There was 4 of us. So, we left unfed.

This was not a hotel- it was a motel- no where on the description did it say so & as a woman this affects my safety. The room was dirty- smelly carpet- chipped finishes on furnishings the worst part-,The room wreaked of urine- just outside the bathroom

Clean room. Smelled fresh. Bathroom was clean without stains and mold. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly. Nice hot breakfast. Close to the interstate,

Parking lot in poor shape, bad plumbing plumbing, big spider in bathroom,

Pool was advertised but it was close. Staff stated closed for over a month and a half

Nice clean rooms except for urine smell from dogs

Pool was not cleaned on day we checked in or the second day. Whole reason we chose that hotel and paid more was for the pool otherwise we would have just stayed at Motel 6.

the staff was excellent very helpful we decided to stay another night

this was the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in

Decent room for decent price

The door wouldn?t shut good. Other guest was outside talking at 6am for hours not being respectful at all

The shower was clean

They had my checkout messed up gave my room to someone else. The room they ended up giving me smelled. Not a pleasant stay. Wouldnt stay there again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Had to get up to fix the TV to where you can get the channels.

Nothing is best in this hotel. It¿s worst place to stay

It was really bad,Smells bad, doesn¿t have exhaust fan in restroom. And have multiple damages

Staffs and location was great

We got lots of itching after we got up, not sure if its bed bugs or some other bugs
