Had a small blood stain on the mattress protector, the cleaning staff had already gone home

Go tel and staff were nice but the blood stain on the mattress protector was pretty gross

Room was so spacious with separate areas (living, sleeping , bath) for comfort. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Towels provided for just that area were a nice touch. Clean and updated just what we were looking for.

Area did not have many dining options (not the hotels fault). Free hot breakfast was mediocre. Could definitely do better in that area.

They allow dogs and I won't go back. I dog sleep in dog houses.

The hotel was amazing. It was definitely a 5 star hotel. Very clean & the staff were very pleasant at check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again

Very friendly and attentive staff. Everyone I interacted with seemed to love their job.

Only thing that I could think of is bathroom door needed some WD-40. I mentioned this to the staff and they were thankful.

Top notch service, good location just off the highway, and clean & comfortable room.

I didn¿t think the breakfast quality was up to standard, but is was acceptable.

Convenient to get to during our travels. Staff actually recommended to go online to book. Saved us $$$$. Staff also recommended an awesome local place to eat that was delicious and extremely clean. The breakfast was great!

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was over and beyond what we were expecting! It was wonderful, with lots of healthy options to start our days!

There were issues with the elevators. One was not working at all and the other was not working reliably for the 4th floor, where our room was. I have medical issues and can't climb stairs. There were no other king rooms on lower floors.

Room was very, very clean which is the most important feature for us! Free breakfast was delicious but my husband said the coffee in the room and at breakfast was awful. Staff was very pleasant and helpful

The hotel staff was very friendly and made sure our needs were met. We had a total of 17 people staying at the hotel and the lobby accommodated us well for gathering to eat pizza for lunch together on Saturday!

No grits...only oatmeal for breakfast
