Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Conference Ctr.

Very modern and very clean

Not a big deal but they did not have complementary coffee in the lobby. We had our coffee in our room as we got ready, then checked out and hoped to get coffee in the lobby for the car ride but you had to purchase it from their coffee shop.

Lobby was pretty. Location is amazing. Coffee is great.

The room however is more like a motel 6. Scratchy bed sheets. Ac didn't work. No comforter. Bathroom latch broke. Smelled of mildew

The front desk staff not friendly, room had stickers from clothes on the wall, counter tops not clean, trash under the chair, window glass near elevators marks all over it and tradsh was full & needed to be emptied.

The Hotel Madison was located in a convenient easy to locate part of town with beautiful surroundings. Really enjoyed my stay there in my nice quiet room. Would love to stay there for a longer period of time.

Always friendly staff, clean (and smells wonderful in the lobby). You can¿t beat the location for JMU activities.

The Hotel is nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stay here anytime my family goes to Shenandoah.

The location was great and it's a very nice hotel. You need your room key for everything, which added a sense of security.

The shower has no privacy at all as it's only a half door with clear glass. It also had small hairs in it prior to anyone using it. There are also no towels at the pool, so we were unable to use it.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. Despite the great location and quality of accommodation, I would not return to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, polite efficient employees everyone so friendly and helpful. The Restaurant is so unlike other hotel restaurants the food was innovative, presentation outstanding and delicious. The Chef and his team should be congratulated.
