The noise level made it hard to sleep- from doors that did not close quietly and every footstep was heard from overhead and in the hall

Easy of checking in and out

This the third TRU hotel used this week. The heater/AC unit was not working with a note on the thermostat that it was broken and it made a loud noise and stayed on high with a rumble all night. It did not turn go down to low or off. It kept us both up

The beds were comfortable and room was clean.

I arrived late, so you needed to use a phone to get someone to open the doors. It didn't work. I finally banged on the doors to get attention. They yelled at me saying I should have used the phone. When I said it wasn't working, they did not believe me.

The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and was very clean. The breakfast provided offered a nice selection and was very good.

No handicapped parking in front of building. Thete were 2 handicapped spaces at the rear of building, making for very long walks to access the front desk & room, particularly for a petson with a cane.

Staff was friendly.

Floor was dirty. My socks became dirty after walking a couple of mins try get ready. Good thing I had brought extra.

Very clean, friendly staff, we enjoyed the game area very much.

There wasn't a microwave in the room to warm our leftovers.

The front desk - Grace was fantastic. One of the best .... and we travel a lot.

Too much salt in the scrambled eggs.

The location wasn¿t bad. A little outside Harrisonburg shopping and restaurants but overall not a bad spot. The walls seem pretty thick from both outside and inside noise. We were right next to the elevator and didn¿t hear it ding once.

There isn¿t much in the way of clothes storage. We stayed for a night so not bad. But if you are looking for a multiple night stay, no closets in the room we stayed in.

New & up to date. Room was clean & adequate for my stay. Arrived late & left early so really didn't get to enjoy any of the extras. Good water pressure & hot water. Bed was comfortable but I was so tired. I'd stay again.

Not really but it's very Retro and bright. Even the room. The room could use curtains, not covers. Need to block out that morning sun or any outside light when needed. It was bright in the room.

I liked the modern design of the hotel. The beds were quite comfortable.

I would have liked darker shades or curtains that would have made the room a bit darker in the morning. Also, the walls were a bit thinner than I would like. We were able to hear a good bit of noise outside of our room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Great value and conveniently located.

Staff was great. Entire building was clean.

Not that we didn¿t like but room WAS TINY and breakfast was ok at best.

It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was nice. Breakfast was unexpectedly good. It only says continental but was actually included sausage, eggs, and pancakes. Staff was responsive and helpful. Hotel has a colorful, funky vibe.

No overhang to park and unload under. Normally this wouldn't matter except that when we arrived it was raining. Not a deal-breaker but would be nice. WiFi was not easy to join, but again, not a deal-breaker. Probably a little pricey but overall good.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in over the years. Very clean, spacious rooms, awesome staff and great location.
