Furniture in the room was in very poor condition. Finish on nightstand was very damaged.

The front desk attendant wash SO RUDE. Not willing to help find my reservation at ALL. Terrible experience and will NEVER stay here again. Can't believe HILTON put their name on this hotel.

Trash left in room fro previous guest. Two places. Debris on couch.

Location and staff were great. Bed was comfortable

Not up to Hampton Inn standards. Hotel is old and needs an update. Room was smaller than average. Furniture was beat up. Bathroom and closet share a sliding door - when one is closed, the other is open. King room I reserved wasn't available.

Place is crying for an update and maintenance. Not up to Hampton quality

first they give me wrong which was so much dirty stains on bed sheets and sofa seems like they never clean bathroom ages also half of room carpet was wet then they change our room wich was same just carpet was not wet .

Several issues: needs renovation, not customer friendly- no directions on use of television, no sign on unusual operation of elevator, poor quality food o breakfast buffet, and more..

Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. Scruffy old rooms and bathrooms, elevator did not work. Surly staff. Avoid this hotel.

Good breakfast

No elevator, room was not ready ( which I understand but I asked to be moved to another room. I was given a handicap room w a smaller bed of what i have paid for. Bathroom w little and poor light.

Check-in was a breeze, which was appreciated. Sometimes it seems to take entirely too long. The staff was personable. The location of the hotel is close to many dining locations and stores. The room AC was the best I've experienced recently!

There were quite a few "out of order" signs around - elevator, ice machines, etc. The property certainly needs an update. Carpet is worn and fraying, wood surfaces has water rings, etc. Just needs some TLC to live up to the Hampton Inn branding.

The location and it is pet friendly.

The hotel was could have been cleaner/not so run down. Also, the breakfast was inadequate. The pet rest area was not clean and the grass was high.

Hard to believe this was a Hilton. Was worst then a motel 6. I¿m trying to get a full refund.

Carpet in room was ripped and bulging. Kept tripping on it. I woke up to something falling on my face. It was paint chips from the ceiling. Tried to speak to a manager, yet the college student staff were unable to help me with my complaints.

I travel with a pet and they were welcoming and friendly towards our dog.

The area was wonderful everything that we needed was close by. The staff was very friendly. I didnt even realize I was a Hilton honors person.

The door to my room locked me out continuously. The card would not open it. This was a mechanical issue. The door latch itself needed to be replaced. The whole motel needed better upkeep.

Front desk staff was very personable and friendly. Offered complimentary water as a Hilton Honors member. A comfortable stay in a great location. The room bath was very clean and appeared updated. Refrigerator and microwave are always a plus.

Property age is showing. Hallway carpet looks OK, but room carpet appears dirty. Visible build-up of "stuff" behind the mattress @ baseboard, the finish has rubbed off furniture & the remote was taped together. Higher expectations from a Hilton property.

Leaving

When we checked in there was a paper sign on the desk that the water would turned off at 10AM until the following day at 4PM! The pool was closed in the middle of summer. The room furniture is well worn. And our toilet didn¿t work. Staff was intimidatin

The breakfast had hot and cold options, we were able to obtain a handicapped room near the lobby. The room was quiet.

The room smelled like dog. Carpet and furnishings were worn. The tv would not work when we arrived, A/C did not work until 2AM, the mattress was old and just adequate. Most importantly, the enticing pool advertised was broken and closed. In JULY!

Staff member in the morning, actually acted like he cared that my room was very unacceptable.

The room is dirty, look like it hadn't been vacuumed, the grill on the air conditioner with filthy, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, no toilet paper in the roller, crumbs on the floor, the pet area was overflowing with bags of poo!!

The Hampton Inn always has clean rooms with adequate accommodations. The room was small, although we had a king size bed, but we make do. Overall, we were pleased with the experience. '

The rooms should have lighter colors, and be a bit larger.
