The staff was super nice

Our door lock was broken so we had to get new room but she was so nice and gave us waters and candy bar because of it and moved us to new room and everything was good

someone next door banged on the wall twice and woke us in middle of the night.

Price, location, movie channels. Anything without commercials.

No microwave in the hotel breakfast area, concrete butter with soft waffle, coffee was terrible. The hotel was beginning to show wear, in the halls, the room and furniture, but acceptable. These are minor details with regard to a hotel experience.

The breakfast could be much better. The mini waffles were nice, but I?d love to see some better options, particularly protein options

Sheet for bed and sofa bed had whole in them. Walls pretty thin could here neighbors talking

Super clean. Room was spacious. Breakfast had a good variety.

The room doors are heavy .? very heavy.. our tv that swiveledfrom the sitting area to the bed area in the king suite; would not stay in one place. We had to secure it in place by putting something behind the tv to keep it from moving.

The hotel staff were super friendly, the hotel was really clean and comfortable. The location was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay!

I booked a room with two beds but they only had a king room, which was awkward. They did not know that I had a pet, even tho I included it. Then, with a pet, they put us on the 2nd floor The whole experience was just average

Everything was more than expected,we had a problem with the air and toilet not working,but the lady at the front desk move us across the hall immediately and we really appreciated that.This particular hotel seemed to be a new hotel,had all the amenities.

The only thing I didn¿t like ,we had ask for a late check out and the maid kept knocking on the door waking my wife as she was trying to rest.

The breakfast was better than the usual hotel fare. Very clean and well maintained. Location was great. Have stayed here before and would stay again.

Coffee (with breakfast) could have been a little better/stronger, more flavor.
