Quality Inn Harrisonburg I-81

Customer service from hotel employee at the front desk Housekeeping staff Hot breakfast

I would have appreciated laundry area

Spacious, modern, comfortable rooms.

The closest to the College and restaurants , and shopping centers

Room was very comfortable and easy to get to.

Nothing healthy at breakfast. All sweets and carbs.

Outdoor pool was very nice, and rooms were clean. Good bedding.

Our bathroom was really small. The breakfast was ok, nice to have the waffle maker

The staff were exceptional!

The shower never got warmer than tepid and the pressure left a lot to be desired but was semi adequate. I also wish the provided breakfast had some diabetic friendly options.

The location and general room appearance/size and cleanliness.

Noise. The shower from other rooms was very loud. Hallway noise.

Unfortunately, the bed mattress needs to be changed out. Our room was by the elevator, and every time it stopped on our floor, it would make a noise.

Location an.d very well maintained

A little more variety would be nice for breakfast. Something like a whole wheat bread and peanut butter option, and more fruit would be perfect.

Very clean Updated look Friendly staff Great location

Breakfast items were cold

Renovated and felt clean

Our heating smelled like burning hair (we reported it) and at night we had only warm water for showers instead of hot. We told them both things not the staff offered nothing

Good king bed, nice room, good HVAC system, good shower water pressure.

Shower temp not hot enough, not enough seating in dining area to handle normal free breakfast usage, ultra basic breakfast.

Pet friendly at a reasonable $25 fee

The mattress wasn¿t comfortable

Easy access from interstate, lots of amenities, restaurants, close by. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, we had a good sleep. Breakfast was very good.

No, it completely met our expectations

Comfortable bed, chair and couch in room

Breakfast selections were very limited. Front desk said they were waiting on food delivery so no bagels, toast, yogurt. Waffles, biscuit and gravy were all they had.

We had a very comfortable room! The sheets were so soft. The front office staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was also good!

Clean safe basic no frills motel- great location, courteous staff- would stay again

Location, every store you could possibly need is there. Easy to get to, plenty of restaurants. Walmart gas was lowest price in the area. Room was good size not a postage stamp. Good parking.

Unless you nitpick, nothing.

There are a lot of restaurants near by, but also a lot of hotels which would be better

The beds were small, with the double beds being the size of twins. The AC unit is loud keeping us up. Our fire alarm went off in the middle of the night so we didn¿t sleep. Front desk is poorly trained on dealing with this.Breakfast was small and minimal

Comfortable beds and clean room

Breakfast was so-so.
