I want a refund the power was out and it was hot and nosier than any hotel I have ever been too.

The level of cleanliness was far superior than what I expected. I?m very picky about the bedding at hotels and I was very impressed with my room. As soon as I walked in it you can smell how clean it was. Check in was smooth. Definitely going back.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were friendly.

The desk staff were not friendly at all. They didn't even tell us when breakfast was or if we got room cleaned, which we didn't. Our room was never cleaned, even when we asked for it to be. The morning and late night staff were both extremly unfriendly,

I was travelling alone and was put on 1st floor which I felt a little uncomfortable with. And it was very noisy being by out going side door. Otherwise great stay.

The staff.the front desk in particular was very helpful and friendly. But all of the staff we interacted with were right on top of things.

The room was a King room but it was listed as accommodating 3 people, so I assumed there was a chair or something that folded out as a bed. There was not. However, they did provide us with a blow up mattress when we asked about it.

The gentleman at the front desk waiting for my arrival. Check in took only minutes. That means a lot after a long car trip with children.

Our rooms were not ready for the 3:00 check in. Bathroom fan did not appear to work, despite staff saying it was a silent system, as condensation accumulated everywhere.
