Pros +

Nice host and hostess, beautiful historic home.
Authentic restoration but with modern bathrooms. Interesting and excellent hosts. Enjoyable breakfast.

Cons -

Lack of TV, spotty internet. Was right on a noisy road. This is perfect for hikers, but not if you have internet needs for planning purposes.
