Yes. The staff made numerous mistakes with my reservation and billing. It was a classic case of "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing." I called ahead, during the day, to tell them that I'd be arriving at or after 4 a.m....

the complementary breakfast is top notch! Really nice ADA bathroom. Room on ground floor.

Really there is nothing to like about this hotel

It is in such a bad state of repair. I could send you pictures that I took where they have two by fours holding up part of the hotel. I?m sure that if it was inspected by some structural authority, it would be condemned. We

No hot water one sink didn't work. The restaurant food was terrible

The beds were clean and comfortable. The fridge and microwave were nice.

1)no hot water 2) one of the sinks leaked all over the floor; 3) table lamp strobed but did not come on; 4)heat "lamp" in the bathroom would not turn off. We told the front desk and were told the manager would adjust our bill and give us a call. No call.

The front desk lady was rude. The pool and hot tub were closed. And we had two cockroaches in our room.

Staff was very nice and Courteous.

Room needed updating, It looked like someone tried to paint the wall and never finished it, there were spots where it looked like it was touched up but never finished. No hot water in sink or in shower.

Well it is nothing to brag about,The free breakfast was nothing to speak of,Coffee was burnt tasting and looks as if employes were also helping them selves to the freebees.I dont go away often all I will say is the A/C worked very well

Rough neighborhood, but Target (for cleaning supplies) and a Subway are within walking distance. However, there is a woods area in between the two that indicates vagrant camping with all the garbage.

The second floor has been condemned. The room was filthy and smelled like an inadequately cleaned dog crate, and required us a trip to the nearby Target to gather cleaning supplies to clean it. Multiple American homeless families with children reside here

Nothing. Upon seeing the room I cancelled my reservation and found a room at the Holiday Inn.

Run down, lacking in cleanliness, bed was crooked and room was not updated. Pictures did not reflect the hotel.

The walkway to the room was crumbling & big pockets of broken concrete. Someone can get hurt or it¿s going to fall down to next level. I was on level 2.Totally unsafe. Room smelled liked weed. Went away after couple hours
